Good Government Engineering college with reasonable fees

Admission process was based on UTU councelling . It was smooth and deserving candidates got their seats first . So i do not have any issue with the admission process . You can find application form on utu site. First you have to register yourself on utu councelling and if your jee score lies with in the cutoff of this college you will easily get admission . Cut off of this college is not that high so don't worry . 85% of seats are reserve for uttrakhand students. So if you are from uttrakhand then congratulations you have high chances to get admission in this college .

Course curriculum was good . And permanent faculty was amazing. They help us in almost everything even if it is not related to studies. Facilities and teachers are so supportive and professional in their work . They are helpful and highly knowledgeable. I choose B-Tech in CSE because I love coding I want to be a coder and at the same time I want to secure a job for myself. So i opted THDC-IHET because it is government college and even though I didn't score that much high in JEE but still I was able to grab this college . Facilities of this college are highly qualified they are IIT pass outs . Their teaching method is amazing. You will easily get what they are trying convey . They give us theoretical and practical knowledge both . There are 2 exam in every semester ( mod term and term ) . Yes they both are hard but if you study well you will easily score good marks .

There is internship opportunity available in this college. Company like coloured cow hire students and they train them to make them industry ready . They will give you jobs according to your knowledge like if you are in first year then they will give you typing job . If you are in 2nd or 3rd year then they will give you job according to your skills . If you are good in coding then they will give you a coding job and etc.

There is very few on campus placement in this college . Although many students got placed in off campus placement. 4th year students are elegible for campus placements . Not well recognised companies visit our college . But if you go for off campus placement then you can find companies like Mahindra and tata recruiting students . 70% students got placed at my time . My plan after getting the degree is to find a stable job and wark as hard as possible to achieve my goals .

As compare to other engineering colleges fees of THDC-IHET college is extremely low . And what you get in this fees is quite amazing . Most of the students opt this college because of its low fees structure. Even though fees of this college is less still they don't compromise with quality of education. Students get scholarship as well which is absolutely amazing . College itself help students to grab state and national level scholarships . So yes this college is supportive.

Life at college is not that good . Annual fest don't occur in this college . Since 2019 not a single fest happened in this college . Library is good you can find almost every book from the library regarding to your course . Extra curricular activities is also very less . Faculties mostly concentrate their time on studies and ignore extra curricular activities. Their is no social group present in this college though their are few clubs like coding club and literature club run by students themselves.

Hostel facilities are good . Rooms are spacious. Their is 1 room for 3 students and each student have their seperate almirah , bed , table and chair . Mess food quite good and hygienic. So no issue with mess food . Registration process for hostel facility is also short and simple . You just have to fill a form then submit it and then pay the fees through online banking .
