AMAZING EXPERIENCE

The College management is very efficient in their work, but sometimes there will be a small laging here and there during some issues other wise its good.

I have opted B.com Finance and Accounting which is integrated with Chartered Accountancy, i have written CA CPT ( Common Proficiency Test) of ICAI and passed So i was eligible to opt B.Com F & A and also CA IPCC in Christ University.

The Course of B.Com F&A is designed as such each subject and its syllabus is related to the CA subjects and its syllabus so that its easy for the students to concentrate on both CA and B.Com. Each semester the subjects are advanced and students are supposed to do CIA which is nothing but Internal Assessments for each subjects.

Our college does not provide internships but helps a student to do internships, But they often conducts workshops and other student benefit programs.

Christ University offers 100% placements and job opportunities. Top MNCs like Wipro, Infosis,IBM, Goldman Sachs etc are yearly approaching for huge number of recruitment in various fields. Placements are done through group decisions debates and other various processes.

1.Darpan - A intra university fest conducted in university with various cultural and literature related competitions.2.Founder' Day - The day of Saint Chavara is celebrated as founders day.3.Christmas Programs - Christmas is one of the best event celebrated by Christ with college fully decorated with lightings and decorations and other fuctions.4.Gratitude day - celebrated in showing gratitude towards all people working in college.

Fees in Christ University is considerably little higher than other normal colleges due to high reputation and national rankings in variours fields like BBA and BCA where the fees is very high. For our B.Com F&A it is nearly INR 200,000 for 3 years. But we cant consider them as too expensive when we look at the college and its reputation and job placements.

College Provides various scholarships and fee concession to the deserved students. College Alumni Association provides scholarships to the merit students and other scholarships like minority scholarships are also available.

The college infrastructure is amazing with well equipped labs, play ground, sports etc,. The college also conducts many fests and competitions nationally and internationally. College conducts International Model United Nations by School of Law, Christ University. and Future MUN by Department of professional studies and other fests like Cognito, Sahyog etc. Life at Christ is very amazing and unforgettable throughout your life.There are many students from various parts of the country and world with different religion, place, culture and traditions but all live here peacefully and happily with unity and diversity.

Christ University is located in Hosur Road, its nearby places are S.G Palya, Madiwala, Taverekare, Bannerghatta and Kormangala. All these places is well occupied with lots of PGs and appartments with and without food. College provides hostel facilities to girls within the campus known as Jonas Hall and for PG gents Chavara Hall where the rate is too low comparing to outside PGs but only drawback is there is no food facility in the hostel.

Seniors of our college is amazing, there is no such difference between senior and juniors all are considered as equal. They gave us a wonderful and warm welcome, they are very friendly and very helpful.

Exams are not that difficult to pass, Previous year question papers are available in online university repository, it is well standard question models which is of average difficulty. Mostly exam timings are for 3hrs. There are only two exams in a semester that is mid semester exam and end semester exam.

Faculties of our college are well experienced persons with many years of teaching experience and industrial experience with high educational qualifications. Faculties are very friendly and helpful both inside and outside the classes. Each faculties have their own unique teaching styles.
