IIIT Trichy Review

India is the land of opportunity I wanted to opt for IIT Culcutta but could make it but instead, I got IIIT Trichy the college is good and the education quality of the college is also good. For taking admission I have to fill admission form that I did from the college website after getting shortlisted according to my academic performance and GATE score I was invited for GD and PI round I successfully completed those rounds also and I was given admission to the college.

The curriculum of the college is very interactive and as we all know that CSE course is difficult but the college curriculum is designed in a way that we are able to understand all the concepts and coding language programming properly. The faculty of the collge is very supportive and the teaching in the class is very interactive The student and the faculty interaction in the class is very fruitful full and the faculty are masters in teaching they know how to teach us. The faculty are not only of PhD level but they have very good research and industrial experience.

The internship is a very good opportunity for us to learn new things in a professional environment and we have to complete at least 9 weeks of the internship program. We can take part in internship in our second year of the program and the stipends for internship ranges up to 95k.

The college has very much potential as the education standards of the college are very good and the placement offers shows that why the college has become very popular in a very short period of time. The college is able to maintain a 100% placement record. The highest placement ranges up to 24 LPA and the average placement offer ranges up to 11 LPA. 85+ companies visited our campus for the college placement drive.

At the moment college does not have any scholarship scheme program but central and state government-funded scholarships can be availed. The college fee for the B.Tech course is around 8 lakh and the college average placement offer ranges up to 11 LPA and the highest package goes up to 20-25 LPA which is a very good return on investment.

The college campus life is very soothing. The college strictly follows a no-ragging policy. The seniors are friendly. The college organises many functions and also celebrates its institute day every year. The college library does not only have academics but also has meant bestseller authors' books from around the world. The college has indoor sports facilities also like volleyball, table tennis, badminton and many more.

The hostel is very good and rooms are fully furnished with beds, steady tables and almirahs. The wardens are highly professional and the hostel staff is properly trained. The hostel discipline is properly followed by everyone. The food in the hostel is tasty but the menu is limited with some dishes only. The hotel maintains hygiene very well. The hostel has 24 hours of security around the campus.
