It can be anywhere from legal content writing, drafting, assisting an advocate, working in a law firm, etc. Currently what internship I'm doing is as legal content writing which consists of writing and researching. My daily task is to research cases and articles related to the topic or case given to me and write a case study or an article about the same, which further gets to the review team which decides to publish it on the portal or send it back for improvement.
