I applied for Govind Ballab Pant Institute of Technology but due to medical problems I was unable to go to exam . Then after some research and recommendations I choose Uttaranchal University. The admission process was very easy if you fill the online application form of about ?2,000 and you don't have to wait in que in the admission cell for application submission.
