Remarks

Good remark is that managemt had decide to made another new building and new canteen in place of old one which they haf done with in 1.5 years without diaturbing the study of students with all new furnitures and gadgets and also invite many new faculty also.

Entrance Preview

As i choose B.Com as my course from delhi university which does not required enterance exam. The selection depends upon college cut off.

Course Curriculum Overview

The B.Com course of du is a 3 year programme which is dived into 6 half yearly semesters.

Internships Opportunities

I had no internihip experience in my college because Delhi university and shri aurobindo college do not provide internship experience in this course.

Placement Experience

Company students elected Tata consultancy 20 Wipro,6 Genpach,40 Icici.

College Events

Several events are celebrates in our college like Freshers party,Sports week,Youth fastival,Fairwell Street plays student union elections (DUSU) Singing and dance competetion.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Its was so feasible. Every year you have to pay only 2500 rupees as your annual fee and 1500 as your examination fee only. Scholarships also provided to sc,st minority students.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

Scholarships are provided to sc,st minorities students who have their family income less than 100000 indian rupees and also to those students who score good in there exams.

Hostel Facilities

Aurobindo college do not provide hostel facility. Students own itself have to arrange their PG's or rented room. Cost of PG's depends upon the locality of delhi which into 4000 to 9000 in sharing.

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors were very supportive and have very friendly in every aspect. For eg at the time of elections they all use to come to us and ask to join them as a volienteriers where we had experienced great exploser and fun.

Exam Structure

Exams and labs are very frequent. Every semester in the mid of it internals exams are suppose to condect and at the end of every semesters main or externals exams are suppose to condect. Instead of these regular class tests are also there. Exams shall be conducted at the end of each semesters which we called as externals exams Internal exams also conduced at the mid of the every semester. Marking is basend on 75% of externals and 25% of internals.

The faculty of our college was very experienced and the majority of professors has done PH.D in different different branch which gives proof that they were highly qualified also.

Gargi college has given me my best time!!

Placement Experience:

Since our professors are of banking backgrounds they have managed to bring in a lot of companies from the same sector. From domestic banks like the Indusind Bank and the Federal Bank, American Express too have made way to our college and B.Com studnets are their first choice. The placements percentage collectively of last three years stande at 40-50%.

Placement Experience:

Placement cell works in a very well coordinated manner and provide good placements. From third semester student can apply for campus placement. Deloitte, Ey, KPMG, PWC, American express, Accenture etc I would like to do master first before getting any placement.

LIFE AT LADY SHREE RAM COLLEGE FOR WOMEN

Placement Experience:

The placement cell is good overall as it provides us with many opportunities. Many companies have visited in the past, and many students have been placed in higher companies. This year, one student got a 48 lac pa placement offer, which was one of the highest in the whole of Du University. The highest was 48lac, and the average are 7 to 10 lac. My plans after completing this degree are to start my own business or pursue higher studies.

Placement Experience:

After 4 semester you can apply for the placements. The Placement is okayish not too good nor bad. Mostly HR profile companies visit the campus Deloitte is one of the major company that came on board and did recruit around 5-6 students and the salary they are getting is around 5 lakhs But the average package ia around 2.5-3.4 lakhs per annum. The placements are not so good so many of the students try to get job from outside only. The percentage of students that gets placed are around 40%. I will suggest to do PG or MBA after bcom so that you can get higher package. I am planning to do MBA after my degree.

Sri Aurobindo College (Evening) overview

Firstly, college is properly made and its infrastructure is good. It is affordable for all kinds of students as the fees of college is not more than Rs. 10,000 per annum. Teachers teaching in this college ae re really knowledgable and cooperative with the students. When comes to the clubs and association, various societies are available for students to take part in and perform their skills as their wants. Such societies are NCC, NSS, Moksh, and many more. Exams conducted in college are twice a year on a semester basis. Students have access to libraries, playgrounds, canteens as per their needs. Also, functions and many exciting activities took place on each and every occasion to entertain students and enjoy themselves.
