Remarks

The admission process is really good than other colleges because they conduct admission tests separately. Also, there is an interview section during the admission session. There are available all Bsc and BA courses except Biology, Geology, Geography, Biochemistry. The application form is available online around December and the admission fee is 20000. There are no reservation benefits

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course because I liked it. Faculty: student ratio is 4:1. All faculty members are highly educated and they also teach in the right way. Term exams are taken timely sometimes sone after CU. Also, the question is sometimes tough.

The fee is decent. Because they offer a great study environment which is such a good. College also offers scholarships to those who are financially not well and also gives scholarships to those who do get any other scholarship from State or Central government. Also campusing is good

Campus Life

The best part of this college is campus life. The students attend prayer every morning and evening and also took part in several functions. There is also a college tour which is taken by the respected professor. Students also join in NCC and NSS.

Hostel Facilities

The rooms in the hostel are not too good but better than other hostel but the meal quality is too good. This is a residential college so there is no registration process for a hostel. The environment of the hostel campus is full of trees and flowers and also has all-time of playing grounds

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum was well-structured, and each semester, there were projects and presentations that also helped to test our knowledge. I got influenced as the curriculum provides us with financial economics, political economics, and Applied mathematics. The level of the exams was decent, related to the course. They could improve in teaching more practical knowledge and projects related to that, instead of only learning in a theoretical way.

Placement Experience:

Placements and job oppurtinities are less since this is an undergraduate college offwering honours degree. Though there is a placement and career councelling cell that looks over this matter. Placements are offered only in a few subjects, such as industrial chemisrty and computer science. The rate of placements are very high and come with high packages. Though I am not interested in placements, but I have started taking preparations for compititive exams. Such preparations are very supported here, rather than jobs and placements.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is impressive as it includes all the importaint subjects of several entrace exams. On extra the college provides internships for real world problem solving. In case of Computer Science students are working at NIC, CU, IIEST, NIT Patna, IISC and many other as interns. Exam happend in evey 2.5 month March (mid sem) May(end sem) September(mid sem), December(end sem) and the difficulty level of the exam is modarate.

Statistics Honours at Ramakrishna Mission Residential College(Autonomous)

There a certain criteria to get admission to this college. 1)You must have a certain cut-off mark in your board exam(HS). If you have then you are eligible for the entrance test. 2) After clearing the test you will be qualified for admission here. Within a few months(2 or 3) after the board exam, the online form filled up for the admission test starts on the college's website. You just have to visit a few times on the college website after the board exam for admission details and exam dates. Application fees( per subject) : 500/- You can take exams on different subjects if you want.
