Remarks

Students get admission to the college for engineering in CSE, ECE, EE, CE, ME through WBJEE rank. In admission, students need to give the WBJEE exam and apply to the college through WBJEE counseling. The cutoff changes every year and it was about above 40k for CSE

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose CSE for my choice. In each class, there are about 60 students and all the subjects have a good faculty of their own. All the teachers are qualified enough. As the college is under MAKAUT university it conducts exams every 6 months later along with every month assignments in the viva, theory, and other forms.

Internships Opportunities

Companies like CTS, Wipro, virtusa, and many other companies offered internships along with job opportunities for students in recent year and the internships is related to their course only which the students are pursuing.

Placement Experience

Students became eligible for campus placements after the 6th sem and the various companies came for on-campus job opportunities like CTS, TCS, Wipro, etc. The highest and the average package is around 7 LPA and 3 LPA respectively. Almost 60% of the students get placed and m plan is to go for higher studies.

Fees and Financial Aid

There are no extra or hidden fees or fee hikes the fee structure which was given at the time of admission is followed throughout the course. There are various scholarship programs offered by the government which can be taken by the students. And the placement cell does a great job in terms of on-campus jobs various Mncs offer jobs from the on-campus criteria.

Campus Life

The college has its own technical fest called UNITRON along with cultural fest and there are conducted mainly during the winters. There is a huge library in the colleges filled with all kinds of books. The sports ground is available on the campus and sports club is also there which organize regular events

GOOD College at low fees.

Placement Experience:

Placement of my college are quite good with a avg package of 6 to 7 lpa and higest package of 45 lpa and this year the higest package is 75 lpa. The companies visited in my college are infosys, Capgemini,tcs,wipro, Mindtree,IBM, sometimes amazon also.The placement rate of the college is 85 to 95%.
