Course Curriculum Overview

17:1 is the student faculty ratio, the course choosen by me is Finanace PGDM as it is my interest of study and Dalmia provides great learning opportunities and practical knowledge about finance and course curriculum is very informative

Class Size: 240Course Fees: INR 1200000 per year

Internships Opportunities

100% internships are provided by the college, the process for summers start from January till March and companies with various roles visit campus and provide good experience opportunity. 40k and 10k are highest and lowest stipend offered as seen in last years

Placement Experience

100% placements are provided by the institute where companies like ICIC BANK. JP MORGAN etc visit campus for different roles in finance specialization . 14 lacs is highest stipend offered and 8 lacs is average for different roles and companies

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee structure is 12 lacs for both the years that includes library sources, books and modules that are packaged to our address, one to one interaction with the professors that help us to boost our knowledge and gain sopme industry knowledge

Campus Life

There are very engaging fests organized by various clubs and commites, also many informative seminars and webinars that help us to interact effeciently and communicate with our peers outside the classroom space. Sports clubs and events happens all over the year

Interview Experience

The selection process includes Personal Interview after our resume and scores are shortlisted. The one to one interview with the panel members was around questions like hygiene ques, resume related, past work ex etc. For these rounds you should be aware about recent happenings in the country

Placement Experience:

After completimg 2sem students are eligible for campus placements. Mock GD and interviews are conducted in 2 sem whivh will be assessed and will affect the overall SGPA. There are multiple companies like JLL, CBRE, Turner and Townsend, AWFIS, C&W, SPCL,GR Infra, GMR, Rider Levett Bucknail, Godrej, ICICI Bank, JWIL, Knight Frank, Savills, Vishwaraj etc. Around 98% of the students were placed from the campus interview. Profiles were for project management. Highest package was 28 LPA by Rider Levett Bucknail.

Placement Experience:

From 3rd semester students will be eligible for placements The placement criteria for placements is having 6.0 or above pointer in attempted semesters and they have to keep that grade up to the end of the course. The highest package was 30 lakh for Dubai bases company related to Real Estate and minimum Package was 3.75 lac for the freshers in Construction Project Management course. 40% of students get placed while 20% opted out and the rest of the students are still getting placement opportunities from the institute.

The surroundings of our college are very interesting, there are guest lectures, workshops. Also, Fresher parties and all of the other events make life at our college very enjoyable. The presence of the college authorities on social media keeps the student updated on the recent news or events that are happening at the campus.

I had applied for Welingkar,TISS, GIM. I could not attend the process for getting into it because of family issue and time goes the application for this colleges get closed and one option was remain so I applied and took the addmission into NL Dalmia. Yes I get rejection from TISS because I couldn't clear the cut off marks required for this college. Addmission Process For NL Dalmia :- Round 1 :- Group Discussion Filteration Round : Giving any random topic (Current Affairs related to market) (Around 7,8 student seat together for this round pannel is around 2) Round 2 :- Personal Interview :- Checking the Knowledge about the Bachelor Subject and If experience could ask the question relevant to it. Cutoff for getting into NL Dalmia is 85 Percentile or above in CMAT. To sum it up

Admission process was easy and eveything was conveyed via the website of the college which any one can refer. Eligibility of the course is through any one of the entrance tests with particular score in all of the tests respectively. As I submitted my scorecard of both CMAT and MAH-CET, with ~84%ile and ~96%ile respectively, I was shortlisted for the PI round, as the second stage for the final selection process. The details regarding application form, application fees, and all vital dates were available over the net. They have mentioned that the acceptance rate is 4%, which can be brought down, so that there can be some more good quality of students, undoubtedly it is alright now, but everyone wants to progress whether being an institute or any organisation for that matter, and hence just a suggestion for the same....Read More
