Give more liberty to faculty also make some positive environment so that the main purpose of an institute of national importance will be fulfilled.

Entrance Preview

GATE (ME) SCORE - 477 I opted this as its one of the best colleges in northern India and just 3 hrs drive away from my home.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum is good but required some updation as per industry demand as far as faculty is cincerned they are good but in the scenario and for better of the institute they have to give more efforts.

Internships Opportunities

All are offered for BTech students for M.Tech only GATE qualified ones get the stipend given by MHRD. Though if sponsored by their respective organizations they also get funding. Also, in nanotechnology etc specializations JAM, NET qualified also got some fumding.

Placement Experience

Most of the best MNC companies of world having presence in India like Alstom, Google, Tata motors, M&M, TCS, CIL came there for placement. The packages they offered ranges from 4 LPA to 30 LPA.

College Events

Round the clock, lots of cultural festivals, techno-cultural activities, soorts activities etc goes on in the institute different socities be it for drama, robotics, SAE events etc give the students to show their talents.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee was feasible at that time, 31k for 1 sem followed by 24k in each sem for mtech studentsFir btech students it was around 60000 per year. Hostel rent - Rs 3000 per sem, Food+elec - approx 2000 p.m.

Fees and Financial Aid

All type of scholarship like GATE, AICTE, SC/ST, TOPPERS etc are available also all leading banks are ready yo give the edu-loan.

Campus Life

The events goes throuhout the year but lack the quality as far as for at least national level standard is considered. Gender ratio is about 70:30 in favor of boys hostel parties are frequent, atleast once in a week.

Alumni/Alumna

Only a limited imteraction is there between the alumni never went for alumni meet because the networking is poor even i coultnt get the messages for alumni meet once in a five-six months, i personally have some chat with seniors.

In short, An air-conditioned library has been developed to provide information support to teachers, students, and non-teaching staff. The library is equipped with more than 10000 books from different streams. Besides these text and reference books, the Library is also subscribing to a large number of national and international journals, magazines and Encyclopedia. The library remains open for 12 hours daily, throughout the year. It has a large reading AC hall with the conducive reading environment. Well-trained librarians assist the students in gathering information by promptly responding to their requirements.

A walk through Nit kurukshetra

I choose this college cause, I am interested in this branch and I don't have any prior interest in any particular colleges, in this college I am getting the particular branch I am interested in,while there are few colleges which are providing me same branch but they have some limitations like there infrastructure is bad or crowd is not that wonderful like here people are generous and motivated you can't find the same everywhere. Good college for electrical

The admission is only based on JEE Mains Rank. This is a decent college and thus requires decent ranks for good courses. JEE is conducted nationwide by the NTA every year. The process was smooth. You have to first select colleges. You get an allotment and then you verify the docs....Read More
