Managemet is good, but expensive comparatively to other NIT's, food could have been a lot better. But great plateform for career.

The environment is quite challenging to make one grow significantly. Exams follow standards followed by all NIT & IIT of the nation. Many students outperform to reach the highest level, it produces several GRE, CAT, GATE toppers every year. It is always a great platform for every studious individual, there won't be a single doubt that can't be solved within the campus or library.

Yes, placement got better since we came out. For Undergraduate, placement is great. For Post Graduate, it improved but still not like IIT's. Same goes to internahips as well.

Techspharda is a big hit technocultural event that holds every year. Every year many participants participate in those dance, music, robotic, sports, quiz competitions that held during the event. Even student from the college goes participating the same to other competitions and bring glory to it.

Bit expensive but worth it. Payment is done only thourough the bank, no hard cash transactions. No additional money charged for anything. Yes, hostel mess bills are separate and need to be paid every month. Yes, the college provides transparency in fees breakdown always, its available in college website as well.

I did not avail any loans, I was getting a scholarship of Rs.12400 per month, that was enough. Yes, STATE BANK OF INDIA provides loans, it's easy, it can be processed from inside campus bank branch.

Its great place all over. The gender ratio is about 80/20, this is because a lesser number of females gets cleared for Engineering, maybe they focus more on medical line. Students have different cultural and literary societies that help for growth and development.

Yes, hostels are good. But expensive. Some of the buildings are 50-60 years old. But, good and clean, very well maintained. Mostly single rooms accommodation. No need of PG's. Hostels are enough, and comfortable, with high-speed internet facilities.

Yes, NIT KKR have strong common alumni network spread all over globe. They are great and helpful too.

Admitted to M.Tech Control systems after securing AIR 262 in GATE 2016. Although placement was terribly bad when we passed out in 2018. But 2019, 2020 batches got very good placement. So, one can choose it if getting an opportunity. Food is 100% vegetarian in hostels, the temperature during winter is extremely cold even reaches 2-3 degree centigrade, during summer it touches 45-48. It's but challenging. During weekends and holidays, beautiful tourist spots are nearby. It's great to be there. Students from all over INDIA are there, so experience a diverse culture. Even many foreign students pursuing from neighbouring countries, which is even great to explore the culture. NIT Kkr holds strong Tech fest events which worth participating, and with alumni spread over all accross the globe, makes it pride for everyone to be a part of it. It must come within top 20 choices for any Engineering aspirant in the Country. #Cheers.

To be fair, very few faculties good and dedicated. The only reason for the success of the college is its student with top calibre. Many faculties are enjoying the perks of being served in one of the top institutes of the nation. While some others are dedicated. But students are genius, everything can be covered up. Its better let's not talking about faculties. I don't want to be harsh. But I was lucky to have a great supportive faculty for my project, I was lucky there.
