Remarks

After completing my graduation (BCA) i knew i wont get a package of more than 4-5 lacs as a fresher graduate and neither did i have that vast knowledge required in todays softerware developers field. So I decided to do Masters in computer application (MCA) for getting a better job offer and opted for UPSEE entrance test. According to my rank (107) and cuttoff I received this college AKGEC. I read some reviews online about this college (especially on *Quora*, helped a lot) and realised it was a decent college for doing MCA and thats how i choose this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

3

Course Curriculum and faculties are decent and helpful, although your effort in an important factor in Academics. Since my MCA is of 2 years i spent 1 year in my home because of Corona pandemic lockdown imposed all over India and all institutes/ colleges were forced to teach in online mode. Faculty taught us online only in 1st year, there were online exams and practicals. I got to learn many programming languages in deep along with concepts of Data Structures and algorithm. So, overall Academics experience wasnt so bad except for the whole year we studied in online mode. Now, finally college is reopening in offline mode from 13th septempter 2021 which i'm looking forward to.

Placement Experience

3.5

The AKGEC college being in the NCR sector contains a plenty of job oppurtunities if you put some effort and are capable to grab those. The companies start showing up in the second semester of MCA course. From Mass recruiters aka WITCH companies(Wipro Infosys TCS Cognizant HCL) to Big companies like Microsoft, goldman sachs & Amazon also come in for in-campus placements. Since all the placement procedure is being done online nowdays, there is generally an aptitude Test followed by a Programming Round and then the HR interview.

Fee Structure And Facilities

fees for the course structure rs.116756/year. As i am from General category and came into college by clearing the UPSEE entrance exam so i didnt get any scholarships for admission, although there are some management quota students who received scholarships. I dont think college helps or provides any financial assistance/aid to students. In fact, there is a late fees fine Rs.500 per day if you submit the fees after the given deadline by college. College does organises events like Online Debate Competitions, where there is a entry fees of Rs.100 and winner receives a Amazin coupon worth Rs.5000. The companies do show up in the campus during your end of 2nd semester end in MCA and 3rd year of B.tech then its up to the student how he/she acquires the job.

Campus Life

4

Being in Lockdown i would say Life wasnt so great. however there are many good academics facilites in the campus like the Central library, CS-IT block, Computer centre for students etc. For sports facilities there is a acceptable gym facility for students, however we only get to see Hostellers there, there is a good basketball court, soccer/cricket field and the clubs for them too.

Hostel Facilities

4

Hostel facility is decent. However Most Masters students dont prefer PG's and flats over college hostels. The hostel has a decent WIFI which gives speed of 2mbps and maybe more at night but most of the social networking sites like facebook ,instagram & Telegram are blocked. Also the WIFI is switched off from 2 A.M. to 6A.M. There are 3 sharing, 2 sharing and no sharing rooms for B.Tech and Masters Students. The Hostel mess has a menu for - breakfast(7-8am), lunch(1:00-2:30pm), snacks(5pm-6pm) and dinner(8:00 - 9:30pm). Food quality is acceptable, snacks are good like tea and samosass or bread pakoda etc. Morning breakfast you can choose between milk/tea beverage.

Admission

yes i gave the UPSEE entrance exam test conducted for AKTU. You fill your college choices in the form itself and after clearing the exam you get your preferred college according to your rank and cutoff marks. There is no group discussion or interview for the admission.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The biggest issue I face is the timing of exams they always delay the exams to the last brink of time and it is seriously so so annoying as for example if I have to fill my form of CUET PG in February I am very sure my college wouldn't happen until october no matter what and result after 2 and half months so this doesn't align well with other things while the other courses of the same bundelkhand university happen on time till june or july but this course ah God always late....as far as the Curriculum is concerned it fabulous fantastic mind blowing and excellent it teaches us about the real world on how to be a good teacher how to understand your students also care for the differently abled ones how to manage a school how to do anything it teaches us all....the thing that inspired me the most to choose the course is obviously the Curriculum. From the very beginning I had a deep interest in these topics and subjects and I feel so good to learn about them...also the exsms happen once a year which is both good and both. And I don't have any further suggestions

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is good and mostly relevant to current industry needs. I chose this course because it includes both practical and theoretical subjects that help in building strong technical knowledge. The subjects like programming, data structures, and web development are very useful for real-world applications and future studies. However, I feel the curriculum can be improved by adding more practical training, workshops, and industry-based projects. Also, teachers can use more interactive teaching methods to make learning easier. The exams are held regularly and on time. Their difficulty level is moderate — not too hard but requires proper preparation to score well.

The curriculum is designed in a very specific way that it helps the student to deal with the real problems in the real life. There are some flowers also in the curriculum like interpretation subjects should be put in placed at before and some real life subject should be taught in the first or second year itself it short not be put for the fourth or fifth year . The paper took place at every 6 months and the difficulty level is around moderate

MBBS in itself holds a lot of responsibility. Doing such a degree needs a lot of knowledge, patience and kindness. It will help you save someone's life, someone who's needy, someone who needs to be saved and a good knowledge will always help with that.

Remarks:

It is a lush green campus soothing to both eyes and soul, with excellent infrastructure making it anybody's dream college to be in. Being away from the city's chaos it's both peaceful and pollution free while taking care of both your physical and mental health at once.staff and seniors are friendly and cooperative. The college having students from around the country helps you learn new cultures and traditions which as whole is an enriching experience.the most exciting part is that the students that have passed out or graduated from the college are doing well.studying in this college has been a wholesome experience for me.
