Remarks

I've joined the college in the middle of the Pandemic buzz and as I wanted to do my graduation from a top name in the city Kalindi was a premium option. Kalindi College is accredited by NAAC with "A" Grade A and has been approved by both UGC & AICTE group's. As the college is affiliated with Delhi University, thus the admission is entirely based on the cut-offs released, seat's available and Merit list.

Course Curriculum Overview

5

After my 10+2 I had two options in mind but I finally opted for B.Com. The college is over 52 years old but has adapted all modern changes in its Infrastructure, Course structure etc. Due to the availability of 15+ courses the faculty team of our college has 163 teaching and 90+ administration members. My first year has gone in Online mode but has taught me a lot about good usage of technology rather than wasting time with it.

Internships Opportunities

4

I have just entered the 2nd year of my B.Com and I don't know if any internship opportunities are available for B.Com students in our college. Yes, the round is organised by Kalindi but is it really worthy to participate in or not. It will only be known once I participate in it.

Placement Experience

4

I haven't heard much appreciation about the B.Com Placements of our college but I haven't joined the college for a job. I decided to do my B.Com so that I can do an MBA in the future and that's why I didn't have that focus on placements. However, I have heard that S & P global is a famous recruiter for the college and the placement round is organised by "Kryptus" the placement cell of Kalindi College.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The thing that has been a big positive is that the annual fee for my B.Com course at Kalindi College is INR 9,197 only and some students are even appreciated for their academic performances with Merit scholarships. The total fee of the 3-year B.Com programme is INR 27,591. Students who have any sort of physical disability can also avail fee concessions.

Campus Life

4.5

Although, I haven't experienced the campus life of our college till now but I've searched about it alot because that's one of my favourite parts of student life. The college is 8.25 acres wide and there are various popular things such as, Canteen, Library hall, Laboratories and sports too. The committee's available in the college are Placement cell,Internal complaints cell and Student council. Other required facilities like ATM, Medical services and WiFi connectivity is also there at Kalindi.

Hostel Facilities

4

Kalindi College doesn't have hostel facilities for its students which is why the only option for outstation students is PG facility. Students can search for PGs for single, double and upto 4 person sharing basis as per which the per person residence charges get very low. However, the PG charges entirely depends upon the kind of facilities one has opted for and also the quality of rooms & area.

Admission

The admission to Kalindi College is done in accordance with the guidelines of DU. Students who match the cut-off released by the institute can apply for admission and the selection of aspirants is based upon the Merit prepared as per their XII standard scores. For PG admission to the college entrance exam based admission was also done.
