Course Curriculum Overview

The culture in VIT is unquie. Here, you have to select the course you want to study and at what time in a day you want to study. With that fully flexible timetable. For each course, there are atleast 10 facilities available and it's in your hand, whom you want to choose for studies

Internships Opportunities

There are several international internships offer during your time of study. It's basically depends on you how well you can utilize the opportunity. I got an internship in Portugal for a month. I was a research intern on university of minho. I have several research papers and currently I have my own startup and it's all because of the exposure I had in VIT.

Placement Experience

Every year VIT makes a new record in placements. For it field, no student will left without a job offer. Bug companies like Amazon, Microsoft come for recruitment. During the time of covid also through online recruitment process, VIT set a record.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Scholarships are based on the ranks and if your financial condition is weak, you can apply for financial aid. The course fee is fix while the hostel charges vary depending upon the number of members you want to live.

There are almost 150 clubs and chapters in VIT. Many are nation wide recognized. There are fest each year. One is gravitas a tech fest and another one is Rivera a culture fest for 4 days. You can enjoy and participate.

Experienced faculties, their constant encouragement to students to participate in seminars, lectures, internships, intercollegiate programs and other research based conferences and activities.
The college had good infrastructure, modern laboratories, smart classrooms, sports facilities and a slate clean campus.
The placement cell, incubation cell, and intellectual property cell of our college are easily approachable and they help in developing our ideas, patenting and registering them.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum covers important subjects such as cell biology, microbiology, biochemistry, genetics, immunology, bio processing, principles of chemical engineering, and wr have hands on practice through pur well-equipped laboratory sessions.

Placement Training and Career development at CIT

In my college , I experienced diversed equality and gained more knowledge by training staffs and assessments

Placement Experience:

One thing I really need to appreciate at CIT is its placement training program. The placement team conducts regular sessions on 1. aptitude 2. coding 3. communication skills 4. group discussions and 5. interview preparation which helped me feel more confident during placements. The trainers were friendly and always encouraged us to improve our skills step by step. They provide continuous guidance and feedback throughout the training process. Mock interviews and one to one assessments helped me to understand my strength and weak areas and I work on improvements . These sessions not only improved my technical and communication skills but also boosted my confidence . The placement training team played an important role in preparing me for career opportunities and industry expectation

all staffs are we experienced in their field and good in explaining, very friendly
hostel is well maintained and college is always clean
everything works in college based upon the review system. so any issues will resolve quickly

Placement Experience:

HIMT has good placements rates to all the batches, espically for GME they are doing well good. many gets placements in first semester itself. many big gaint companies in marine industry are approching to HIMT for placements.

My bad campus life

The environment is very good.its very natural atmosphere.
Teaching and facilitys are nice.we can learn very much.
The all facility is near by near .its a good thing.

Dislikes

The management is very bad.they not consider our students.
The fees structure is very different for all students.its too bad.and they decided the fees category is very cheep.
The hostel facility is not good.and also food its very bad.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Actually i like computer jobs. So i selected the course. Its very different one. Mainly programming. But its very interesting and valuable.cse computer science is a very high value course and i have lot of opportunities after completing the course. I.think in this types of course in curriculum they want to include practical sections more than text books.

I got admission in this college via counselling. I had PCB in 10+2 and gave NEET which a national entrance test exam to get admission into medical courses. The scores obtained in entrance exam matters a lot in deciding the merit.

I got good percentile in JEE so i was getting admission in few mid ranked and top NITs, but there was no CSE branch available in any top NIT and I specifically wanted CSE branch soo I applied for other entrances exams for SRM,Amrita,VIT and Manipal but out of all I preffered VIT because it has a good package and better NIRF ranking than even many NITs, also after bachelors I want to do masters from abroad and VIT has best reputation for CSE abroad when it comes to CSE.VIT accepts admission through VITEEE exam which asks questions from class 12th PCM, English and General aptitude...Read More
