Remarks

There were total two factors for choosing this college first- As it is new institute, the no. of students in class in less, Most of the instructors know each student and this is beneficial to students.Second was, It is never a bad idea to study at a place where you can have lots of fun with exploring the natural beauty.

Course Curriculum Overview

I have chosen this course because of my interest. Most of the faculties have done their PhD in renowned institute like IIT Bombay, IIT kanpur and others. Their motivation towards teaching is very high, They are very supportive to students and they encourages them.

Internships Opportunities

I have opted for internship, mainly our institute allow students for the 6 month in their 7th semester, intead of 7th semester. But Companies generally starts visiting in September. Companies like Mathworks, Intel, VMware, ARM, Beninson, Nvipani and many more visited our campus for internship offers for roles like software development, ML/AI researchers, roles for Computer Architecture Enthusiastic, Digital electronics enthusiastic and many more.

Placement Experience

Placement cell does its best for job opportunities. From 7th semester, students are eligible to apply campus placements.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Total fee for each semester is approximately 130,000 which includes tution fee (100,000), hostel and mess charges(15000) and other relevant charges like medical fee, Examination fee, registration fee, hostel seat rent and etc. Students can apply to MCM Scholarship, under which some amount of your fee will be refundable based on your family income.

Campus Life

It is a place filled with natural beauty. Everyone just loves to go for a walk in the evening to the sunset point. In Campus, we have our Cultural fest named CultRang(most probably in february), a technical fest named CEPHEUS(most probably in December), Also, there are a lots of clubs like Art and literacy club, meraki(dance club), GoMyno club, club for ieee, Electronics and robotics, motorsports and etc.

There was just a simple process in which first you have to crack JEE main then get a good rank in JEE Advanced. Both of them were written,JEE main consist of one exam and JEE advanced consist of two exams in a single day and both are compulsory to get crack JEE Advanced.

Placement Experience:

there's practice school option in semester 4 which allows students to go to corporate company and work as an intern, giving students exposure to work experience. this can lead to a FTE placement as well. Maintaining 8+ GPA is very important in getting placed. I plan to get placed and work in AI roles.

BITS Pilani, Goa Campus- A road to an interesting life.

Placement Experience:

Students can start sitting in placements from the start of 4th year , when the Placement Division starts bringing companies to the campus. The average package for CS is around 20-26 LPA, for Electrical branches it's around 18-24 LPA and for Mechanical and Chemical it is around 13-16 LPA. These figures would've changed though from the last time I saw. Around 85-90% of the students get placed usually. Top notch companies like Google, Microsoft , DE Shaw, Arcesium Cohesity Rubrick recruit students every year for the tech roles and other prominent companies like Flipkart, Sprinkle, Intuiut and Coin Switch come for managerial roles as well. There is even a chance of getting a PPO through Summer Internship Program which kikstarts in the 3rd year where students compete to get internship in these top companies. Overall , BITS Goa has impeccable placement statistics

Bits Goa good or not

Placement Experience:

There is a dept for placements. 70 to 80 percent people get placed woth average package of 20 lakhs per annum. Mostly ot depends on interviews and how good internship you get in 3rd year. Cg plays a very imp role too.

Bits goa brief review

Placement Experience:

The placements are very good because we have two compulsory internships called practice school to make us industry ready after the second year summer for 2 months and one semester in the 4th or 5th year placements start since 7th semester itself were most get offers in PPO thright the internships. 248 companies visited along with 631 students placed the average is 2083000 and median is 1650000. 76 percent of students got placed highest was 80lpa. I plan to get a job

Trusted experience of Iit goa

Many students has the doubt of selecting best branch or college, I would say going for the branch yeah it's true that high collages have high placements but it's doesn't guarantee uhhh to get a job uhh must have the best knowledge so gain the best knowledge is best course instead of low branch and then doing other courses. Completing engineering from IIT is like a dream come true for every engineering student. IITs not only provide good placement but learning and the exposure and opportunities that we get is unimaginable. I also wanted to be part of IIT and I really worked hard for the GATE exam but frankly speaking, I am an average student and my GATE score was between 755 to 860 according to me ad my preference is IIT Goa was the best option.
