Remarks

Among Top 10 college in Karnataka and No.1 college in Tumakuru. The college is under Siddaganga Mutt Management and good placements. My course have good career in Industries. Have good faculties present in the college with more PHD scholors.

Course Curriculum Overview

Yes we used to work in industry for our Major Project and the college was very good with infrastructure and good rules and policies. Zero Ragging Campus. Placements were very good more than 70% will place every year.

Internships Opportunities

Yeah i have done in Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Aircraft Division, Bengaluru. No Stipend.

Placement Experience

5

Placements are very good in our college. More than 70% from all branches of engineering in our campus will get place not only from specific branch. Mostly from IT companues but also nearby loaction companies will also come and hire.

College Events

4.5

Branch Fests will be schedules for each branchs in our college and one big College fest. Also there is sports fest every year and big management events will happen atleast 1 per year and it depends on branch.

Fees and Financial Aid

Bank Loan only available as per my knowledge and our college is not in bangalore to attract loan from private banks, Karnataka bank is present in Campus and we can take from that bank only. I have not taken.

Campus Life

Free Wifi upto 1Gb per day, PC and all instruments for each induvudual in Labs and Indoor GYM, shuttle badmintom court and Table tennis, Stadium also there for Jogging, Football and cricket. Awesome Library and Study room as Annex.

Hostel Facilities

I have not opted Hostel. Pgs are good near by not many PGs but food are not good in PGs but 2 sharing and price also optimal compared to big cities like Bangalore. Cost of living is very less 5k to 6k is enough including PG fee. College hostel fee is 64k.

Placement Experience:

The college offers placement through the COC (Career Opportunities) cell. Students become eligible for placements by the 5th Semester. The companies which come to hire include the Big 4s, (KPMG, Delloite, EY and BCG), Fedral Bank,TCS, etc. Almost 70% of students opt for higher eduaction so the less number of students get placed at the UG level at least. I am personally figuring out which path to choose but I have placement in mind at the end of the degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My specific aspect of the curriculum that influenced my decision to choose the course is the ACCA along with Bcom. Most importantly the 9 paper exemptions provided that gives flexibility in the context of studying. The curriculum is well corporate and real world oriented. They prepare us on how to face the real corporate world through their curriculum by conducting different seminars and workshops.
