Remarks

The form is available on bhu online.Com. after registration you had to give an entrance test which is not much hard for legit students than after test results do online counseling and after u got the subject alloted to enjoy. the yup the admission process is slow during covid but over everything, thing is fair and good

My faculty is faculty of arts and course ba. German Hons. Students teachers ratio is less. Teachers are good and very helpful they always encourage us and they are also highly educated .their methods are also unique. Term exams are not timely due to covid and not much hard as they for a student who studied on regular basis.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 1982 per year

Internships Opportunities

Don't know about intership as much because my course not like btech or mba but yeah you can easily find a job outside as Benaras is very good tourist place so in your free time you can use your German language and attract them.

Placement Experience

The foreign language department of BHU is great. It offers courses in French, German, Chinese, Italian, Russian and several other languages. All the foreign language departments are under the supervision of Faculty of Arts. Every dept. has its own faculty members of professors, scholars and clerks. Now coming to placements, Amazon and several other companies give the opportunity to students provided you are skilled and talented enough so to they could hire you.

Fees and Financial Aid

There is very legit fees for students only 1982 excluding taxes after taxes and all it becomes 2021 which is also reasonable.yeah there are Uttar Pradesh scholarship and and many states scholarships.there is less campus jobs as comparison to other central university like delhi university or other.

Campus Life

Campus is good for those students who got hostel of Benaras hindu University. because they can avail all facilities very easily but if u taken a private hostel or pg your campus life is also good. And the library what I say bhu library is one of those best library in country.there are many sports and activities .

Hostel Facilities

I don't know because I not got hostel of bhu and I had taken a private hostel but it is also good. But my friends who stays in bhu's hostel they say bhu hostel is heaven because caparison to fees it is almost free and meal is also good.but hostel allocation is hard and only rankers got the hostel

Great learning environment, experienced faculty, and value for money education.

Likes

The faculty members are very supportive, highly experienced, and always ready to help students with their queries.
The course fee is extremely affordable and provides great value for money for students in this region.
The campus has a peaceful learning environment with a good gender ratio of around 1:1 for boys and girls.

Dislikes

On-campus placement opportunities are limited, and students mostly need to look for off-campus jobs.
Campus infrastructure needs modernization, including better Wi-Fi access and updated lab equipment.
More practical exposure and industry-oriented training programs should be added to the curriculum.

I chose this course because it covers all essential topics required for higher studies. The curriculum is detailed and helps build strong subject basics. Teaching methods are traditional, so adding more interactive sessions and skill-based learning would be a great improvement. Exams take place every semester along with internal class tests, which helps in continuous evaluation without extra stress

Our curriculum is Industry oriented which includes academic as well as practical learning.
Our college conducted regular workshops, seminars and guest lectures by media professionals.
Experienced and supportive faculty members. All teachers are approachable and provide personal guidance.

A Balanced Review of My College Journey

Likes

The college regularly organizes seminars, cultural events, and technical activities, helping students improve their confidence and skills.
The library, computer labs, and classrooms are well-maintained, providing a good environment for learning.

Dislikes

Placement Experience:

Placements in our College are decent. Students become eligible from the 5th/6th semester, and companies from media, PR, and digital marketing fields visit for recruitment. The placement cell also provides training, internships, and guidance. After graduation, I plan to explore both campus and off-campus opportunities in media and communication fields.

Timings are perfect and we enjoy the lectures as well

Canteen food the only thing I don't like about my college

They give us lots of opportunities before summer vacations in terms of internship and after the final semester of exams they take our interview and give exact amount of opportunities and don't disappoint us

Likes

The faculty of the college is very supportive and understanding
The campus is also very nice you can easily find your comfort in that campus
Classrooms have unique facilities with smart board in every class and every class room is air conditioned

Dislikes

The first thing I don't like is the college food from canteen because it doesn't not have many options
The second thing I don't like is the sports facilities in the college because there are not every sports available specially football is not available
The third i don't like when the mobile network doesn't come in the college and we face a lot of problems for this

Placement Experience:

Let me talk about the placement of this college the placements and internship facilities of this college are very good for every student who are studying in this college the famous companies such as AVP news ,Aaj Tak , the truth 24 and various news channel comes for placement and internships almost each student gets placed

Likes

I liked the safe enviornment of the college
All the teachers are very supportive and helpful
The concepts are easily understood by the students

Dislikes

The variety of the food can be more but its not so
There are many activities which can be restricted
No fixed timing od dispersal sometimes you have to be extra time

Likes

The fees is affordable in comparison to Delhi University.
The scholarship scheme is definitely helpful for those who are economically weak.
The main campus has a central library so its quite helpful

Dislikes

The books in the central library are quite outdated
The lack of infrastructure in the affiliated colleges of AU
No merit based scholarship scheme available for the students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I'm from humanities background so the course is quite relevant for me. The course is quite outdated however it's the same for most of the universities. the curriculum should be aligned with the competitive exams and the teaching methods should be more inclusive about the competitive exams so that the student can prepare well not only for the present course but also further upcoming exams.

I like their distance education so that students can complete their graduation

If you are really passionate you will get amazing opportunities to get experience.

I have applied in 5 college such as BHU AU DU BBAU and vishwa bharati Many for BA and BSc course through CUET UG, I got BHU and AU but at the end I have switched to BHU because of it is closer to my home and well known for me. I got seat in AU but same time BHU also, so I have to decide one. I put my seat for upgradation and then BVoc HTM. From 2022, there is only one entrance exam to take admission in all central state University in india. That is CUET common university entrance test conducted by NTA. Excellent Place for higher education

My college provide best education and hostel facility in india.Security is very good. Managment is very good.Transport facility inside the campus in now very good. Placements : The institute actually has very good placement records due to its outstanding alumni and also due to the presence of placement and training cell working day and night to indulge its students with skills and leadership. So, the placements in our college have never been a problem. Infrastructure : With almost hundred years on the calendar, our campus is luxurious from inside and filled with modern day necessities from inside. We have every resource that a student wants in his college life such as largely spaced room, Wi-Fi everywhere around the campus and many more things. So, the campus is unmatched. Faculty : The faculty members are nice, and I found them very helping and motivating. On the other hand, the course curriculum is a bit boring but essential too. A load of academics is very less compared to other IITs and hence students can do anything they want and could carry on their interest. I feel very proud to be a part of IIT BHU. Other : There are three main fests in our college, Kashiyatra, Technex and Spardha. All the fests are held at very high level.
