Remarks
Any student who has completed 12th grade or is going to can apply for the course and one whose interests align with the courses provided. The application is present on the Christ university website and the process is self explanatory. The major problem with the admission process is the interview details are updated only on the website and we don't get a notification for it. Sometimes the interview is immediately the next day after the test which creates problems if one is unaware of the date and time
Course Curriculum Overview
The course aligned with my future goals so I had selected it. The faculty is sufficient and the ratio of faculty: student is well managed and the professors are well versed with the subjects and appropriate activities and modules are adopted for teaching. The term exams are generally difficult and one needs to study and grasp the concept comprehensively to qualify for it
Internships Opportunities
The Christ university website offers different internships and one can apply for them via these and even post new internships for the ones who require it. Depending on the kind of work the stipend differs and depends, for instance, a marketing intern can even secure 8,000 as a stipend or even higher. And several reputed companies also hire interns.
Placement Experience
The selection process generally begins with a pre- placement talk and the firms give the students complete insights about the company profile and other necessary details about the selection. Different companies from icici bank to Infosys to Mercedes Benz and several other renowned firms have been recruiting from Christ and one of the highest packages was given by de and Shaw for about 12 lakhs.
Fees and Financial Aid
The cost to study is lesser as compared to other colleges. Christ does offer a scholarship based on academic performance in the university. Apart from this one can also avail different scholarships from other programmes outside the university if they wish to
Campus Life
The management department, BBA to be more specific conduct vistas which is one of the most exciting events and one where you can interact with seniors and build your skills as well. The library has a sufficient number of books and journals and adequate seating for a peaceful study environment. The classrooms are well equipped with projectors and screens and adequate seating as well. There are several fears dedicated exclusively to sports and one can showcase their talents here as well. There are different clubs as well ranging from literature to photography and so on where one can enroll as well
