Remarks

Admission process or very simple You should write an entrance exam called eamcet which conducted all over the state Eligibility for the course is 10+2 I got a rank of around 9200 in eamcet and I have opted for some colleges during counseling and got this college CVR. There are reservations during the admission process

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is perfectly designed. After the completion of course you will be perfect and fit for good jobs The student and teacher ratio is good there arround 1 faculty for every 15 students All faculty members are well trained and have great experience in teaching We have 2 semesters for each year and each semester consists of 2 mids and marks are provided for attendance and assignments are given. Exams are easy and we can easily pass in exams

Internships Opportunities

College also provide intenships for students Cvr college has the highest placement percentage in entire state Some companies provide about 6 months intenships to students Companies such as cognizant gave internships to many students for about 12000 per month

Placement Experience

College has a good placement record ever tear arround 900 students get placed . College has a separate block for placement and students are trained arrounding to the requirements of company About 90 companies visit college to recruit students. Almost every student get placed(90% students get placed) higest package is 3050000 (Amazon) about 80 students got offers more than 8 lacks per annum and 300 offers higer than 5 lacks per annum.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee is arround 120000 per year and we can pay the few in terms. If you are eligible for any scholarship you can apply for it like epass which is for students who annual income is less than 200000 per year The college is famous for its placements. Placement cell is excellent in this college many companies visits this college and arround 900 students get placed in different companies with an average of 500000 per annum. Companies like Infosys, tcs, Capgemi recruit more from this colloge

Campus Life

There so many clubs and fests available on this college and every year there will be annual day and a traditional day celebrated at college Clubs such as Rungmanch, talkies, dance club, music club, photography club drawing club, etc. The college has a separate building for the library and it has a huge collection of books. Infrastructure in college is very good ever branch has its own block and college has well-maintained classroom with projectors and has labs with the latest equipment. The college has both indoor and outdoor games. Indoor games such as table tennis, carrons, chess etc Outdoor games such as volleyball, cricket, basketball, badminton, football The main attraction to the collect is cricket ground which is well maintained, and there are 4 to 5 volleyball courts and one basketball and 1 football court

Life of an graduating person

Likes

Teaching was very good as compared to other colleges and faculty members have 8+ years and upto 20+years teaching experience and totally digital teaching method through smart board with PDFs and PPT's and the infrastructure was very good.
College is totally 7 blocks with a spacious ground and greenery around the college sand there is also campus hostel and bus facility available and learning facilities also very good with well furnished labs .
The curriculum is also better for professional and personal development and the placements services are very supportive for career advancement

Dislikes

The things I disliked are the timings of gates closing in morning session and there is no chance of going outside in the lunch hour .
Sometimes faculty doesn't explain some topics they will skip the topics to sit simply in the classroom with teaching
The security guards are very strict and they directly take id cards of students if they misbehave anything .

Placement Experience:

3-2 semester students will become eligible for campus placements and the companies visited are tech Mahindra, cognizant ,cap gemini, zentek, tcs, etc some of the top most companies also visited our college for placements and so many students have been placed in the companies with a good package there is almost 78% of students are getting placements in this college

NIAT - where learning and growing is fun

Likes

The teaching style and focus on practicals
More emphasis is given on coding and attending hackathons
Mentors and their constant support In building projects

Dislikes

The strict rules and pressure is real and can be frustrating sometimes
The infrastructure can be a bit better, like the building and space for games
There's very less extra curricular activities

Placement Experience:

From 4th sem itself students are eligible for placements. Although students get access to paid internships from their 1st year itself, just they need some effort. But as NIAT is yet new and no batch has passed out yet so we still don't have the exact placement percentage rate. But as we are getting paid internships from 1st year itself so it's very evident that placement would also be good

Building Skills Beyond the Classroom

Likes

The coding culture is the best thing about NIAT. There are very frequent coding competitions that makes students actually learn things and improve their skills.
The faculty members are very knowledgable and supportive. They are also very friendly and helps everyone when in doubt.
The curriculum is totally updated and new. The use of latest technology and AI is very much focused on. Also provide internships from 1st year itself

Dislikes

The strict rules are a bit too much. The pressure is real and becomes difficult to deal with soetimes
There are hardly any cultural activities or programs. All focus is given on coding and tech related programs.
Its still new and no batch has graduated yet so its kind of difficult to record the placement rate

Placement Experience:

No batch has graduated yet so there's no record of placement data yet. But more than 200 students got internships. Also the unique point of NIAT is students gets internships from their 1st year itself. NIAT has connection in the industry also its unique teaching style, this allows 1st year students to get internships. Although there is no pass out batch yet, still many people got placed in good companies.

Remembering College Valuble Insights Feels so memorable being a final year student.

Likes

As i joined into marri laxman reddy institute ,The campus is in a village bakcground it feels so nice to live over their .We do have several sports commisions in our college.
Our college provides sports facility and The campus was so hugee ,The infrastructure is very useful(i am talking about digital teaching lab equipments and all)
The teachers were so friendly with the students and the college has a perfect strcture category for every department .

Dislikes

The teachers were so nice but the college and teachers doesnt support student to enhace the student personal growth.The teachers were take the class by learning the ppt without any conceptutal representing
The infrastructure is good but thier is no maintainance in the college,Campus feels huge but it degradss interms of maintainance and enhance the campus intemrs of neatness .it feels so that after we return back from the holidays
Most importantly,the canteen food is worst.My friend face an incident that he got a dead frog in the manchurian rice.And the food is most coastly maintains low quality

Course Curriculum Overview:

My college course curriculum is outdated .As im studying in computer science and engineering,i wpuld love to study about technological aspects and grow as a software engineering but in the course curriculam they teach my about mechanical workshops,There were no practical experience it jsut understanding the concept with theoritical part . i would love lo code but my college wastes entire time by helping with electricals,meachanical basics. i dont think is it really necessary for me understand in all the feilds they think that student should perform in all the fields as im in computer science and engineering student ,They should teach me more about coding and computer ,how it industries works and how these technology enhacning ,the arenot even explore about all these sectos they only teaching me about fundametals of all the subjects which is never useful for my studies . as i am in final year of btech i thought learning and deepdiving into computerscience and engineering subjects is more greater than learning all sector fundamentals,The area they need to improve is removing some of the oudated syllabus from their ciricullum and enhcing with the pratical experience not to teach only theoritical part. they have to teach all the areas with realtime examples. The timings of exams is very good .we do have 2 mid exams and one semester final exams for each sem and the subjects feels meduim level difficulty

Likes

Things I liked they won't charge if they put any event,annual day, they will only charge for farewell that's common l thing in every college they don't show any biased over girl or boy , they won't restrict if boy and girls sits together
They kept more events in 1st year we used to attend them

Dislikes

They stopped keeping events after 2nd year
Lecturers are particular to there subjects like they taught CN subject for 2nd year the same lecture is teaching other subject in next semester
Security watchmens are so strict than clg management

Placement Experience:

Only 4-1 students are eligible for campus placements Name of companies are infosys, concentrix, foundever, teleperfomance, Sutherland,uts etc in that only few members got opportunity to join in that companies. Highest package is 3-4lakhs All the companies which were came to our clg placements are based on call center types only infosys is IT side remaining all companies came us to take for the roles bpo industry voice based roles and non voice based roles My plans after completing the degree to search for the job

Yeah our clg faculty is so Supportive and knowledgeable
Our college good environment and good interaction
Our clg has better infrastructure like labs and library

Our college doesn’t conduct events frequently
The major one is placement opportunities should be improved
And also adminsrative process is slow sometimes

Placement Experience:

Campus placements start from final year. A few core companies and bulk hiring companies visit with average packages , overall placement percentage is average . So I plan to build more skills and purse better opportunities after graduation

The faculty of the college is quite good
The college is in the middle of city which helps a lot
There is compulsion for 75℅ attendance and the college is open gate

Dislikes

Infrastructure is very poor.. Buildings and classrooms, benches, and computers used are very old
No sports and other extra-curricular activites and no provision for canteen
Campus is very boring.. Toilets are not clean.. The admin staff is very rude

Placement Experience:

Placement cell is least active.. Few good companies like Infosys, amazon, TCS etc visited but the average package is of 1-2 LPA and only 25-30% of students whose all exams are cleared can sit in the placement cell. The highest package is of 8LPA. My plan is to move abroad for higher studies.. The students after completion of 6th sem can sit in placement cell

Nice college but lot of improvements are required

The faculties are highly knowledgeable, understandable and are helpful in studies and they even mentor us in some important aspects.
Course curriculum is perfectly designed to prepare for any competitive exams that a student may be appearing.
There is not much academic pressure on students. They have ample of time to prepare for any competitive exams.

Dislikes

Management by the college and the faculties are not good
There are not much companies visiting campus. Majority of them are either for non-technical roles or are mass recruiters.
Campus crowd is not good for growth for any serious student.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements after their 6th semester. The companies start visiting in 7th and 8th semesters. The companies are not much good and are mostly service based. So the placement statistics are also not much good. The highest placement last year was 10 lpa and the median placement was around 4.1 lpa. The placements were starting from 2.5 lpa. The better option for students is to apply for off-campus placements or start preparing for competitive exams
