Course Curriculum Overview
SIDTM is famously known to be one of the only colleges that provide a specialized MBA degree in Telecom Management. Since I come from a Mathematics background and number crunching is something that I love, I chose to do an MBA specializing in Telecom as the Telecommunications industry is the future of India and it requires Techno-Managers to keep doing the hardwork to make India a number one country in the field of Telecom Research. Faculty is highly qualified as all of the faculty has a PHD, has written brilliant research papers and some are also NET qualified. Faculty uses sophisticated software and simulation to help understand complex theories in a simple and fun way. The faculty student ratio is 8:1. Term exams are fairly simple and easy and are held online. If one studies regularly, reads all the notes the faculty provides, it is very easy to pass the exams.

Mess food is satisfactory. If anyone has special requirements or concerns one may contact the student respresentatives who handle the Mess.
Interview Experience
Yes post my shortlisting by SIDTM, I had to go through 3 rounds. Round 1 was the Written Ability Test, where I had to write an essay out of 6 topics on an online portal. The time limit was 30 minutes. The topics which one has to write an essay on range from current affairs, ethics, philosophy and General Knowledge. Be well aware of various topics and most importantly practice writing to do well in this round. The second round was of Group Discussion where it was held in ZOOM and there was a group of 8 members and a topic was given to us by the faculty panel for discussion. Each individual had 2 to 3 minutes to talk about the topic in detail. One needs to be well prepared with static general knowledge, current affairs and have the ability to speak more in a limited time. The final round was the Interview round where there is a SIDTM faculty panel of 3 teachers who assessed me on my academics, hobbies, and any projects. Be confident and calm to do well here in this round.
