Remarks

Admission is done through jee mains exam. Jee mains rank is considered for the admission process and based on counselling I get this college. The admission process is very easy when we get this college from the counselling process then we have to go to college and from there we get an admission form. We have to fill that form and have to submit some documents with it like- T. C, Migration certificate etc. There is very less admission fees.

Course Curriculum Overview

I had chosen the mechanical engineering course because it is an evergreen course. And good faculty of this course is present in this college. Faculty are well qualified and intelligent. All curriculum is taking place in a well defined manner. All exams are held on time.

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 88000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure of this college is very less in my time. The full course fee on my time is 88000 only. There is some fees hike taking place for new admission students and hostel fees also increases. I am from the general category so I can't be able to get any scholarship but scholarship is available for SC, ST candidates

Campus Life

The campus is very large and a large amount of greenery is present on the campus. Infrastructure is good and the availability of books is also present there. There are two libraries present in this college central Library and department library both are wifi connected and a large amount of books is present there. Techfest is also organised on the campus in the month of January every year. Techfest name is EQULIBRIO. In which a large number of candidates participate from different colleges.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel facility is very good for all students. There is a separate hostel for first year students and girls students. The hostel mess is not so good and the fees of the hostel mess are also high. At my time hostel fees are 2500 per year but there is some hike in the price of hostel fees for new students. The mess fee is 3000 per month. There are many hostel rooms and pg present there near college student can live there also as per convenience.

Placement Experience:

To be honest placement scenario is not really good. One becomes eligible for placement in the final year. Companies like cognizant used to visit the college for mass recruitment but after covid even they are not visiting. But few startups visit every year. The highest package this year was 12 lpa ctc. And avg 6 lpa. Only 30 percent get placement. My plan is to do M TECH.

Ssipmt Raipur review my experience

Placement Experience:

Placements at SSIPMT Raipur are pretty good. Students become eligible from 6th semester for campus placements. Companies that visit: TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, Tech Mahindra, Capgemini, etc. They mostly offer roles like software developer, support engineer, tester, etc. Highest Package: ?42 LPA (off-campus international placement) Average Package: Around ?6 LPA Placement Percentage: Almost 100% for CS/IT branches if the student is active and skilled. My Future Plan: After completing my degree, I’ll try to get placed through campus first, then maybe switch later for better opportunities or prepare for higher studies if needed.

The placements are not at all good here, the highest package ever is 7.5LPA and the lowest is 1.25LPA so the average usually comes around 2.5LPA which is not enough with the current inflation rates of our country. And they don't get very big companies to come for the hiring.
