Course Curriculum Overview

The course I have taken is Environmental engineering. I took this course because I have an interest in this and also there are upcoming opportunities in this field. Faculty members are very likely to help whenever needed. All the faculty have passed GPSC (Gujarat Public Service Commission)

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 1500 per year

Internships Opportunities

Internship opportunities are given from the 5th sem. College helps to get internships for students by giving us permission letters from college. I have done an internship at GreenLeaf Pvt ltd. Personally, i have learned many things during the internship.

Placement Experience

From the 7th semester, students become eligible for campus placements. Many companies have visited, and highest package offered till i know is 25000. My plans after getting BE degree is to do ME in Environmental Engineering.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee of 1 sem is around 2000. It includes tution fees, library, gymkhana, etc. For the girls tution fees are free. There are various scholarships available but I have not applied, so I have no idea about that.

Campus Life

Yearly annual fest & tech fast is help in the month of January - February. Also, sports day is held in one year. On campus, the library is there and books are available easily. As it is a government college the campus is not big.

I did write the course curriculum and Indus university as good and relevant. Overall I chose this course because it has strong fundamentals project work and practical exposure. The curriculum prepares students well for real-world applications and internships, Though it could include more advanced tech technologies and industry certifications exams are regular, each semester and moderate, challenging, encouraging consistent study, but sometimes could be more practical oriented.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is well structured and covers all the basic and important subjects related to the field. This course includes both theoretical and practical subjects which influenced my decision to choose it. The syllabus helps in building strong fundamentals, but it is still more theory-oriented and less industry-focused. It prepares students for exams and higher studies, but for real-world skills, students need to do extra courses and self-practice. The exams are conducted every semester along with internal tests and are moderate in difficulty level. If a student studies regularly, the exams are not very difficult to clear. The curriculum should be updated more frequently and more practical, project-based and industry-related topics should be added.

I have applied to Ghandhy College and SSASIT College and I have got a confirmed admission from both colleges but I preferred and selected Ghandhy College over SSASIT College because Ghandhy College is government college and I have to study in government college. You can enter these course by giving 10th exam and after 12th also and the cutoffs for IT department are only high.In admission process you require documents like Aadhar Card,LC certificate,Caste Certificate,10th Marksheet,etc...Read More

.Challenges faced by students.
