Placement Experience
Placements start from the 7th semester. Companies like TCS, infosys, wipro and local IT firm visit, offering roles like developer and analyst. Average package is 4 to 5 LPA and highest is 8 LPA, with 60% placements. I plan to upskill and apply off-campus.

The yearly charges are about 1.05 lakh and for sem it is 52000 and the total course fees of 4 years is around 4.15 lakh with a possible slight increase each year. Management quota fees are higher than SC/ST/OBC or government quota fees. The university provides merit-based, merit-cum-need, category-based and sports scholarships, subject to eligibility and academic performance.

Overall campus life at indus university is balanced and engaging. Annual cultural and technical fests are usually held between January to march. The library has good textbooks and journals. Classrooms are tech-enabled with projecters and wi-fi. Sports facilities and student clubs support active social life.
Admission
I choose Indus university for it's affordable fees, decent infarsture and straight forward admission process. I applied to a few private colleges but couldn't clear higer cutoffs. Admissions here are merit/exam-baes, smooth and student-friendly.
Faculty

The course follows semester system with internal assessments and end-semester exams, and the marking scheme is generally balanced and manageable. Exam are moderate in difficulty, with most students clearing them id they attend class regularly and the curriculum is fairly relevant.
Night Life
Nightlife around Indus university is calm. Campus closes by night, hostels have fix timings. Library and cafeteria shut by evening. Students unwind at nearby cafes, food joints, gym or hostel common areas. The locality is generally safe but quite at night.
