Entrance Preview
Entrance was conducted by the Jaypee University of Infomation Technology, Himachal Pradesh at Jaypee Institute of Information Technology University, Noida. After one hour result was announced based upon merit list.
Course Curriculum Overview
Most of the courses were related to applied mathematics liked Operation Research, Optimization, Matrix optimization mixed with personality development courses to improve communication skills and computer oriented courses like Introduction to Computers, C/C++, Data Structure etc. and followed by project submission.
Internships Opportunities
Internship is provided to the students having CGPA more than 8.0 and they have to teach for atleast 8 hours in a week. Stipend is as per UGC rules and depends upon the fact whether through which mode (Gate, JEE etc.) you have taken the admission.
Placement Experience
Placement opportunities are good enough mostly for those who have 60% throughout in their academics without any unqualified subject at the time of placement. Mostly all the placement processes are for all eligible students of other Jaypee campuses also.
College Events
Technical events and cultural events are organized annually. A team of students is made for complete organization who keep in touch with higher authorities for any requirements or help.
Fees and Financial Aid
I have got scholarship on time and as per the government rules with 8 hours of teaching. Loan facilities are provided by the banks associated and all related documents are provided by the college easily.
Alumni/Alumna
Alumni network is also appreciable as most of the students are in well known companies. Senior students are helpful in all type of guidance and support whether it is related to studies or other co-curricular activities.
Exam Structure
Mid semester exams are there with one final exam. Paper remains same for the all the students of respective semesters in all the campuses of Jaypee Universities. Lab exams are cool.
