Remarks

I applied for delhi University but as it is far from my home. And their fee was quite high i thought to go for BIT Sindhri. As it is one of the best college around india for placement and overall development in a student.

Course Curriculum Overview

I love mechanical feom my childhood. I love cars, bike, aircraft, spacecraft. I in the childhood only. I decided to be a mechanical engineer. And to work for one of these company who makes these. So i choosed this course.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 24000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Tata motors tooked student for the supervisor post at a average stipend of 18000 a month. The student who makes good innovator projects in the college times get more opportunities during the interview for placement.

Placement Experience

From 5th semester the student is eligibal for the campus placement. Tata motors, Jindal, maruti, ISRO etc companies visit to college for placement. The highest pakage last year was made by tata motors of 15 lacks in the starting. Approximately 95% student get placed in the placement. My plan is to get placed is the best pakage company at a good company post.

Fees and Financial Aid

The tution fee is around 24000 rupee per year. And hostel is around 12000 per year. The placement you get from this campus are good. And one get good stipend around 15000 per month approximately which is not bad for some one starting his career with no experience.

Campus Life

There are many social group. Clubs in the college. Seniors of 2nd and 3rd year runs the college group. In these group there are many types of function orginising are held. Sports club are also there in this campus.

Hostel Facilities

It is a college wait great facility. All the teachers give their best. The meal in mess is ok. Not so good. But it is ok. The process for registration is not so hard nor so simple. The hostel room is good for 4 students.

Hostel Fee: INR 12000 per year

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum exam ready for students of mechanical engineering it focuses on industrial level exposure and for other competitive exams like gate and IES with good faculty who teaches almost all concepts. There are labs for each subject in which we get real world application knowledge. Also course is updated regularly as per the requirement of industry . The course can we improved by making course more practical rather than a writing all things on practical it should include project for students. Frequency of exam is that in every 15 days there is a exam with moderate to difficult level.

7th Semester students become eligible for placements. The highest package is offered by Rubrik in 2025 of 1.41 CR(domestic) High paying jobs are mostly for SWE/SDE roles. Percentage of students getting placed in CSE/AIML is 75, ECE 69, EEE 60, Mech 58. My plans after gettting degree is to get into job sector only for a while. No such higher education plans as such.

Placement Experience:

At BIT Mesra third is like full of practice for placements and final year more of placements activities than studies. So, when all these things are in order placements obviously will be more or less certain and here they are certain only with almost 90% students are places through campus with annual placements of 8-10 lakhs per annum.

A Genuine Review

Placement Experience:

From 5th Semester onwards student are eligible for internship but from 7th semester they are allowed to sit in campus. Various companies like PayPal, Wipro , cognizant ,TCS ,Genpact ,Amdocs etc. Highest Package this year is 35 lpa and Average Package is around 7.5 lpa. Around 90% of students from circuital branch and around 80% students from non-circuital branch has been placed so far this year. My plan is prepare very smartly for campus placements and bag a very good PPO from are tech based company.

I had NIT Raipur Chemical Engg, rejected it because I didn't like the campus amenities of the same, zero sports facilities, they play Football on a Red Soil literally. I got this in CSAB and hence it was a better ranked college than NITRR, i've heard of people opting a lower preferred branch in BITM over a branch in NITRR such the brand value of the college. I scored pretty avg in JEE 58k rank so wasn't eligible for all the clgs anyhow. Admission process is pretty simple JOSSA and CSAB. Admission experience is obviously good because why would a clg not welcome a laxmi lol jk....Read More

Actually This college was in my list but as a last option as i was getting RVCE and BMS few reputed colleges of bangalore but my parents insisted for this college as this college carries a good brand name of BIT,Mesra. Yes, Due to my not so good performance in JEE Mains I did not get the college i was hoping for. A student should first appear in JEE Mains and score a good percentile to get in to this college.
