Remarks

I applied to all iims, private colleges like Tapmi, KJ Somaiya, GIM. As I was selected in iim Sambalpur , i opted this one considering best among the rest. I got the interview under SAP that is a supernumerary quota for girls. There is no age restriction but generally, the general quota is a minimum 90 percentile, for girls under SAP it is 87 percentile

I choose this course due to my interest and prior work experience in the BFSI industry. All the professi=ors hold Ph.D. and are very knowledgeable. Professors use a mix of ppts, case studies and conduct guest lectures to teach.

There are a lot of live projects in sales and marketing, finance, Hr & business development executive. Companies that come to campus for internships are V-guard, ICICI, Gartner, and many more for roles in marketing, finance & HR, and business analytics

Placements are good. 100% students get placements from campus. The summer internship process starts at the end of the first term. some of the companies are regular recruiters which visit the campus every year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee payment is done term-wise. The fees to reserve your seat is adjusted in the first term fee. Total fees for the course id 13.01 lakhs. Top 10 students from each batch get the option to compete in OPJEMS scholarship.

Campus Life

Books are available in the library and there are online e-learning resources as well. There are many technical & non-technical clubs and committees. a brief introduction is given about them during induction & later 2-3 rounds are conducted for selection

Hostel Facilities

Food quality is good and has a lot of varieties. The hostel room is given on a twin basis, present on the campus only. The hostel fees and mess mee is included in the total fees. The rooms are spacious and contain all basic amenities

Interview Experience

Under the SAP shortlist, interviews were scheduled. The questions asked tell me about yourself, current affairs, hobbies & related to work experience and extracurriculars. There was only one interview round.

Best budget friendly MBA college in odisha

Placement Experience:

There are a lot of opportunities and having 120 companies that came to our college and the minimum package is 3 lakh and the highest package is around 17 lakhs and there are almost 90 percent students gets places and I also got place in a very good company
