placement and faculty

In BCET, we take admission through two processes, one is from the ranking system of webjee and the other is direct admission. we can choose any branch as per choice and if we select a branch and after a year we want to change our stream then we can do. we can change the stream only on the basis of marking strategy. One of the cut off marks is fixed to change the branch.

I was selected for the ECE because in this stream we can work in both fields ( technical as well as a non technical field), too more scope. some of the faculties are good or highly educated but students are not good. Practical lab instruments are too old and less than number of instruments and kits. every six months of period, we attend semester exam and two unit test, every two months.

After the 6th semester, students are eligible for campus placement. The placement is not too good. Cognizant, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, Hauwei, DXC technology, Inceptional, Byju's, extra mark, sap. Highest package of 7 LPA.

Our tuition fees are in the range of 45k and hostel fees are 27k but the hostel is providing only veg food. There is not any type of scholarship, financial assistance. Placement is done approx 60% of students.

In my college no any fest is organised, we give fresher party out of college with student fund not providing any amount by college fund. Books are available in the library but we can not issue them, only we can read at the library. Too many sports function is happening like volleyball, cricket, basketball etc. Some of the social groups are NSS, Aadhyan, Robonics.

The meal is totally tasteless, only veg food is supplied in the hostel. The registration process is too but if we take a hostel in odd sem then we can not after completing of odd sem. only we can change after one year.
