IIT-JEE, BITSAT, CET, COMEDK. I spoke to a few of my seniors and got a good feedback from them about this college.

I am studying electronics and communication. The first year of engineering has common subjects irrespective of which branch. Second year onwards you start focusing into your main stream. The teachers are well qualified and have great subject knowledge.

My college does provide internship under professors where the professor assigns you work based on your interests. Duration of internship is all based on how long you wish to work. They do not provide any stipend but the knowledge one gains during the period of internship is worth it.

Placements occur every year and many companies do come. We have Microsoft, MuSigma, Mindtree, L&T Infotech, Infosys, Wipro, Kpit, etc etc. Offer package varies from 2.5 lac per month to 12 lac per month. Depends from company to company. But I honestly feel core company placement is better.

College celebrates various events in college. Each branch has a technical fest of its own where they provide seminars on various topics from renowned professors. Excluding this we have an intracollege fest along with an annual ethnic day. And once a year we have an intercollege techno-cultural fest called Anaadyanta.

Fees varies based on which entrance exam you have written and which rank you have attained. It ranges between ₹35,000 to ₹1,65,000. It changes every year based on the government. The above mentioned figures are when I joined college. They do accept donations as well.

I do not know anything about this. I haven't availed any such loan or scholarships. But I do know scholarships are provided.

Gender ratios are slightly tending more towards male. Dorm parties are usually only when it's someone's birthday. Workshops are conducted by every branch throughout the year on various different fields. We have a multiracial crowd. Politics is a part of every college.

I am not a hostelite. I am a day scholar. But I do have friends who are hostelites. Every college does have pros and cons. A basic living lifestyle is provided by the college hostel. Rooms are sharing upto 4. The mess provides edible food but not that tasteful.

Exams occur according to the VTU rules and timings. Even though our college is an autonomous college we follow the same format as a VTU college. Therefore the exams and labs are spread out evenly throughout the semester and not making it hectic. Students spend time happily.

I followed the usual admission process by speaking to the admission office teachers. Based on my marks I chose the course I wanted. Standard procedure was followed by submitting the documents needed. I was asked to pay the fees at the accounts office and once paid I was guaranteed my seat by the admission office and was assigned an admission number.

The faculty are highly qualified where each of them have a master's degree and most of them are pursuing a PhD degree. They have good subject knowledge and can teach various other subjects including their master's subject. They make sure every student has involvement in class and doesn't leave anyone behind.
