Remarks

I have applied for IIM Nagpur it is a great place to learn and I am pursuing my MBA degree from this institute. Admission has been done on the basis of a holistic profile analysis approach after going through profile filtering and interviews.

Course Curriculum Overview

Faculty is best in the country coming from IIM A, B, C, and apart from that regular counseling sessions have been organized by the institute. Have a great culture of peer learning and a case-based approach.

Internships Opportunities

Maximum companies visit the campus and provide roles as per the profile of the students and their interests. Committees also offer a certain number of live projects that help students to come out of their comfort zone.

Placement Experience

Semester 2 for summer placements and after that for 4th sem for final placements and IIM N has a system of tri-semesters that help students to learn in a continuous manner and packages revolve in double-digit only.

Fees and Financial Aid

The scholarship and financial assistance will be provided to the needy section of the society on case to case basis. The process is very smooth and the administration keeps to stone unturned to help students.

Campus Life

The institute comes with its own campus and top nauch infrastructure and world-class amenities. Have a good club and committee approach to bridge the gap between classroom learning and the practical knowledge.

Great hostel facility and good quality food having a dedicated committee for it. The registration process is very easy and seniors are too helpful in case of any issue one faces in the curriculum or of any sort.

Not a dream college but a real one

Placement Experience:

The placement scenerio at our caollege can be described as average overall. Most recruiting company belong to the banking and supply chain sectors. Marketing students generally have better placement opportunities, while finance and HR students do get job, though the package are not very high. Buswiness analytics has limited scope as very few companies visit the campus for the roles in that domain.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements after completing 2nd semester and entering in 3rd semester. Attendance is compulsory for getting the opportunity for placements. The companies like IDBI Bank, HDFC Bank, Property pistol, Godrej Capital are available for placements. The highest paid package is 9.75 for sales and marketing. Till now( 3rd semester) 60% to 70% students are placed. There are more opportunities for sales and marketing as compared to other fields.

from 2 sem you get to apply from interships and from 5th sem for placements ,i applied for only company which was tiaa one of the most biggest mnc in india who is direct compitator of jp morgan , i got a package of 6 lacks ctc per anum but the highest package was 12 lacks , the college has a policy that all student gets placed no students are left behind

Promising campus with room for better faculty.

Placement Experience:

After sem 4 we get final placement companies in the campus there are total 200 plus companies come to the campus till september to november almost 35 companies already come to the campus. The companies are ICICI, HDFC, RISHAB WORLD, INSYNC, DENSTU, ITC, BHARAT ELECTRONICS, CORDELIA CRUISE, MORNING STAR, NOMURA, NYKA, NAUKRI.COM. the highest package was given by a company name bharat electronics for HR specialization is 12 lakhs per annum. Almost in my time there 35percent get placed. I plan after degree is first 3-5 yrs in corporate lufe then after own business.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I did choose this course as I am genuinely interested in management and if it is healthcare management that makes me excited. There is a different teaching faculty for each and every subject. The faculties are highly qualified market professionals and experts who teach in an extremely interactive and practical way. They are very supportive. There was one exam conducted per semester which included projects and written exams.

No such bad remarks though. As the college is very superior and one can take admission with complete ease as the college faculty, staff, workers are very helpful and there motive is very clear and remarkable. This college surely helps students in grooming and enhancing skill to the top. Good post graduate program with strong cirriculum

Remarks:

Overall, I would say that I think this is a very unique course being offered by SP Jain and they are very strict with the submission timelines and quality of work. This is definitely is not a run off the mill part time MBA. The institute makes sure you sweat to earn your degree, respectfully!

Perks of cracking IIM, Nagpur

Apart from IIM, Nagpur I applied for NIT Trichy, IIIT Lucknow, SRCC GBO and other IIMs too. I converted IIM Vishakhapatnam, IIM Trichy, IIM Sambalpur, IIM Ranchi, NIT Trichy, IIIT Lucknow, SRCC GBO AIR 14th. I chose IIM, Nagpur over other colleges because the alumni network, faculty and the perk of scholarship. Remaking of Career - IIM Nagpur - 9th Best IIMs out of Best B- Schools in Country

The admission Process at my time was full of options. There was a CAP - Common Admission Process for 11 IIMs which were mostly 2nd Generation and 3rd Generation IIMs apart from IIM Nagpur, IIM Visakhapatnam, and IIM Amritsar. I got a call from every IIM for flagship PGP - MBA apart from IIM A and IIM B. Based on my score of IIM C and IIM K, I got direct admission to IIM Nagpur for the 2018-20 batch. Eligibility of the course can be done only through CAT which is handled by the IIMs. Once my CAT scores came out, I applied to the college through CAT on the college's website. Once I cleared the cut-offs specified by the college, I received a mail to fill out the SOP and application.
