(CBIT) records outstanding placements, undoubtedly one of the best amongst engineering colleges in Hyderabad. There have been cases with multiple offers to students from Computers and ECE departments, while other departments recording nearly 100% placements. Cognizant, Infosys, Wipro and Capgemini are the biggest hirers recruiting over half the students. Companies like L&T, Hyundai Motors, Piaggio, Mahindra & Mahindra, Godrej & Boyce offer a few jobs to Mechanical, Civil and Production engineers in their core fields. Although the average salary ranges between Rs. 2.5 lakh to 3.5 lakh per year, there have been offers of Rs. 6-7 lakh or even as high as Rs. 10 lakh per year from biggies like Microsoft and Google which take in a couple of extraordinary students.

Campus infrastructure is good in labs, classrooms and library.Hostel located nearby(500 metres) from college with good facilities overall and average food in terms of taste.Transport facility is best in CBIT everyone needs to agree to it .More over we have own of the largest labraries with nearly 10,000+ books and 100+ magazines present at every particular moment . Wifi is free but only restricted to some particular blocks and classrooms . Lifts are also present in the new blocks. We have a batminton , dance, singing etc room respectively . We also have cricket ground and volleball court also clubs like, SAE-CBIT, ASME-CBIT, COMMUNICANDO, NSS-CBIT, ROBOTICS AND INNOVATIONS CLUB CBIT, CHAITHANYA BHARATHI CULTURAL CLUB etc. help students in all round development even in co-curricular activites. Hostel facilities are available only for boys at Rs. 40,000 per year with 6 people sharing the room in the first year and 4 in the subsequent years. There's no girls hostel on the CBIT campus; so they've to find a comfortable place somewhere (Langar Houz is the most preferred as it's a livelier area offering several options to choose and the college provides bus facilities around here.

The electrical dept. has got a very good faculty except for 2-3 lectureres but it is totally fine because every dept will have the same issue.
