I choose this course because in today's world Computers Dominate the human race, we as a speicies is highly dependant on microchips that we cannot imagine a world without them, I wanted to know this in more depth than what goes beyond that screen i see, how does a program function, how does a computer know what i want to see and how it interprets a different kind of inputs. I was fascinated by the possibility of having a system in which i can build what i dream of, i can bring my ideas to life with the help of a Computer. Naturally, i was attracted by video games and how i can life an alternate life with endless possibilities, I dug deep into how i can possibly make a video in the bright future that is ahead of me, ofc programming is the core thing in computer science, Languages like C++ are the backbone of Game development and i wanted to master them, This course is everything i wanted to pursue my dream of becoming a game developer one day and CSE is just the first step in the right

Projects that will help me land a good internship include making scenes in an unreal engine, I can make landscapes with a heightmap using photoshop or blender 3D, after creating a heightmap i will import it into the Unreal engine and will get a landscape without any texture. Now moving on to textures, we need a master material for it, now to get over texture tiling, I have to make randomizer nodes that are the same as in texture_gold avaliable in Starter Content provided by Unreal Engine ki Community.

From 7th semester students are eligible for campus placements, National Institue of Technology provides a placement cell which helps students with placements and prepares them for job interviews, Every student gets the opportunities to improve themselves to get better at craking their dream job, it also encourages students to see if they want to go into research rather than finding a job right after graduation. The highest package this year was 1.51 crore at Bloomberg, New York. My plan after getting the degree is definitely to purse higher education in Master of Science with the course of Game design and development, As it will help me get an internship in major Gaming studios like EA and UBISOFT, It will help me, in the long run, to get a job as a senior game developer in a big gaming studio, i love video games and i love creating things that are in my head to give another person the experience that i am seeing, This degree is just the first step in my journey to be a game developer

As everyone knows the world out there is brutal, nothing comes cheap and education is definitely one of the things that is expensive but mandatory to live a sound life as a human of the 21st Century. Getting into an institute of national importance requires years of good education and you have to prove yourself in what can be considered as the world's toughest exam for high schoolers, in this vast population of India competition is more than ever, and its a very close competition out there. Even after this brutal competition and finally getting into the college you deserve fees structure is not very in favor of you, a general category student is expected to pay 70000 academic fees per semester not including hostel or any other charge, College offers scholarships and students with quotas are required to pay less money.

We have Hillfair and NIMBUS as the main two fests every year. Hillfair is more on the fun sides of things while NIMBUS is more on the tech sides of things, College fests are things that are a major part of your college, and it's one of those things that make your college a college. The library is also a big part of a college and the National Institute of Technology Hamirpur has a vast library offering a lot of books for students to learn everything there is to learn and focus on researching beyond the horizon of our knowledge.
