Few days in IIITG

The placement was pretty good. The institute is of national importance. My general rank was 33331 and OBC category rank was 8100 and at this rank the best option for Cse branch was available in this institute so I took admission here.

CSE is a core branch and is highly popular now a days as the world is getting digital and moving towards Artificial intelligence and one can get a job somewhat easily.Faculties here are very good. Almost every professor is Phd from IITs and others are from the prestigious institution of the nation.In academics the institute is strict and followed the curriculum which is pretty good and modern.The courses offered here are very helpful in industries.

I have done a internship in which I used ML and DL to understand the nerve system.

From 7th semester students can apply for placement. The highest package ever offered is 56 lpa offered by MNC for non-domestic. The details of the companies are available on the institute website and the number of offers made by the companies are also there.

Institute tution fee is 9,00,000/- and Every student have to take admission in hostel which cost total 1,00,000/-. Mess fee is about 4k per month.Institute does not provide any scholarship but helps you find one by letting you know any opportunity.Some faculty offers TA to students for that student acn directly contact to the faculty

The campus life is pretty good. Rooms have accomodation for 2 people and rooms has attached bathroom. The social life there is a good experience as one will definitely see a different cultures there. Clubs will help to make friends and be social.Institute has a advance infrastructure, labs are well stablished and functioning.

For B.Tech students don't have to ho through any interview or written exam or interview. But for M.Tech one has to go through interview round conducted by the institute. For Phd admission also you have to face interview.
