Remarks
CIT has good placement for all students and great teachers. The most popular college in Tamil Nadu. I went through the college website completely before joining the course and also spoke to many people about the this college and course. To get admission for M.Sc course you should have minimum 85% in your 12th grade and have to clear the entrance exam.
Course Curriculum Overview
i choose this course(M.Sc. Decision and Computing Sciences) because data science related fields are evolving rapidly and jobs are in high demand. So when I complete this course (which is 5 years) it will be easy for me to get a decent job. We have enough faculties to handle all subjects. The course curriculum is very well prepared that help students to be strong in their basics. Most of out faculty has ph.d in respective subjects. Within a semester we have 2 mid-semesters and 3 Lab exams and finally the Semester Exam. The question will be from moderate to hard category.
Internships Opportunities
Since its a 5 years course there will be a opportunity for students to do internship for 2 semester(7th and 10th). All the companies coming on-campus for internship will provide minimum stipend.
Placement Experience
Placement process will be starting from the beginning of 9th semester.Some of the companies visiting for placements are KLA, Thorogood, STRIIM, EY, Zoho etc. The highest package offered is 12lpa and minimum 4lpa .
Fee Structure And Facilities
It costs around 5 and half lakhs for the complete course. Each semester fee will be around 60k (for 10 semesters).
Campus Life
Yes, campus life is quite good. There are lot of clubs run by students. Many clubs for Dance, Instruments, knowledge etc.

Yes, once you cleared the entrance examination, you will be invited for interview which consist of 3 rounds. In these interviews you will tested for you skills in math, statistics, computer science and aptitude. In my case, I went to basics of statistics , knowledge about the course you are taking and few aptitude basics
