Likes

I liked the college attitude towards learning which was never stressful
The faculties were very approachable and knowledgeable
Since there are many clubs you can develop many skills like social and leadership skills

Dislikes

The infrastructure is very old and outdated which needs renovations
The hostel food is very average and less variety of foods is provided
Dress code for girls can be liberated for girls

Course Curriculum Overview

The college has wide variety of subjects and extra courses . Even though we were from core department, we learnt coding and software development skill provided by the college. The course has real world applications and further academic pursuits

Placement Experience

The placements are really very good. Around 80-100 companies opened for my department and 80% of the students got placed in the good companies. The highest package in my department is 13 lpa by oracle

Fees and Financial Aid

The college fee mounted to about 25000 per year along with 6000 as exam fee for the two semesters in a year . Other than that , 500 was paid as a deposit amount which was returned after the graduation. You can opt BC/MBC scholarship for every year and some other scholarship opportunities are also provided which u can learn from scholarship section in the office

Campus Life

I was in three different clubs during my college years. I was in sports club and was joint secretary during last year. You can develop leadership and many good qualities. There were many sports in the club opened to both genders.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel room was spacious and comfortable as u will have your own space like bed, table ,study lamb etc.The hostel food is average which could be improved. The hostel fee for a year comes around 30000 and mess bill be calculated for every month

Admission

This college has very affordable fee structure compared to any other colleges which has this good rating and ranking. Since I got this college in my counselling , I hadn't given the upgraded option to any college. The placement was also very good. The eligibility criteria will be changed every year .

Faculty

I liked Kavithamani mam of EEE dept , she teaches Dsa ,DSP nd analog electronics because she was very knowledgeable and prepared well to teach us 5-6 exams were conducted per semester which is very moderate and you can pass those by studying for a day

Placement Experience:

top tech companies will come to our campus for replacement some of them are Amazon, JP Morgan, TCS, cognizant according to our skill level, they will choose before applying for any company. And the average placement they offer is 7-10 LPA. You should pass some exams in our college, which is held by our placement cell, so those are pretty much annoying nearly 10 exams they will put just for applying for each company.

Good college

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculums are good (it depends on depts) and they are updated and new electives/ cbcs are added thus updating curriculum and there are subject with heavy lab which don't have end sem instead lab and only internal which is not what other colleges have. they also have open book test for subjcts like programming languge so students can focus on learning the language instaed of memorizing. however as we are batch of a new regulation we are not aware of kind of questions that would come. however forthcoming batches won't be having this issue. unlike other collges only 2 internal exams and 1 semester is conducted. both the internal is given equal weightage ( having unit 1&2 and 3&4 for each exams) and retest is also conducted for internal however even if one exam not written they need to write all 4 unit incase of health issues etc. 50% internal and 50% external. so if having good internal can easlity score well in total. However if one fails to secure internal then passing the subject becomes very hard. Core subjects however prepares well for real-world. however i feel curriculums should be slightly revised so that students learn everyhting systematically instead of memorizing. Good internships

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester, if you have required skill sets you can go for internships and placements. There are more than 600 companies that include Tata, Mahindra, Google, Deloitte and many more. Highest package was of 1.2 crores and average package is 8 -9 lakhs. I don't have the exact statistical data but yaa more than 70% students get placed. I am looking for a high pay job after getting the degree

MY COLLEYE LIFE

Placement Experience:

They start conducting interviews after completing the 6th semester. At least 6 companies come for the campus placement like tech Mahendra, TCS, and manufacturing companies like sakthi auto-complete, tata motors, etc. They placed a minimum of 150000 per aum. The percentage of students getting placements is 30%. Get a job in a reputed company.
