Best environment

To get admission into any college of University of Delhi you need to appear in CUET ( Common University Entrance Exam ). Cutoffs vary from college to college depending on how many students apply for that college. I simply chose SBSC over other colleges i was eligible for because it was the best option i had and since i didn't want to go to a girls college so preferred SBSC over DRC and IP and also over ARSD, SGGSCC and all other colleges at this level. I also got admitted in christ Bangalore ( Central Campus ) and Narsee Monjee ( Mumbai Campus ). But these institutions didn't seem worth it and Delhi University in general has a better reputation....Read More

We have given CUET (Common entrance test exam) the exam was in Two slots and the fee for one slot was 650 there was a benefit for reservations such as St sc obc ews. It was for the first time so it was not executed well the admissions went too late...Read More

For the first time, the admission process for Delhi University was implemented and I was one of those from this batch who gave the central university entrance test(cuet) conducted by nta for the first time. Initially, it was very troublesome for us as it was new for us and we didn't use to understand exactly how the exam is going to be conducted, because it was a computer-based multiple choice questions exam from our 11-12th syllabus. There were no past papers even for reference because it was our first time. There were many loopholes in the system due to which many of us students got problems, but at last, everything was conducted well and we got our college. The application form for the same is available on the official website which is samarth.ac.in. I am a general student so I didn't get any benefit of reservation. Overall recognition, crowd of the college, placements and exposure. Even since my schooling, it was my dream to be a DU student. Delhi University is well known for scholars and students who are good in academics as well as who are usually the cream of the 12th pass batch.I have searched on random websites on Google regarding the top 10 colleges of DU and I want to join a Co-ed college so preferences were, Ssrc, ramjas, Hindu, Venkateshwar, Shaheed Bhagat Singh College. As being in a general category it was quite hard to get a North campus, so landed on South Campus. On further research and information, get to know that SBSC is good one for Bcom Hons. So I decided to join it. Further alot of things were attractive and fascinating towards the college. As its being 70yrs of that college, I had my super seniors and seniors there, socities, teachers and even the canteen and infrastructure is also 8 out of 10. So it pleased me....Read More
