Based on MHRD ranking, but don't choose based on MHRD ranking, go through general ranking of all NITs and fill the college name in CCMT counselling accordingly. Admission in NITs and other university through CCMT counselling in 4 round.
Course Curriculum Overview
My branch - Communication Systems. Two branches in M.TECH - Communication Systems and VLSI. Professor, Associate Prof. and Assistant Prof. are available. Every branch strength 20 plus 5 for sponsor candidate. Passing the exam is not the difficult task, but not easy also.
Internships Opportunities
Every year INTEL come and select the m.tech students based on interview performance, it offer 30000 stipend and one year internship, most probably there is chance to be converted i n permanent position. GE comes every year for permanent position. Some other company mostly from it filed come to higher the students.
Placement Experience
placements & job opportunities are good. every year most of the its company visit and select the students. There is training and placement coordinator in each class and one head coordinator form faculty.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Tution fee - 35000 plus 18000 registration and other fee in odd sem. 35000 refund for sc/st candidate. Campus selection is medium- INTEL visit for internship in 2nd sem for 1 year and 60% student converted in permanent after m.tech.
Campus Life
As compare to other IITs and NITs NIT surat having great campus and outside life. It is situated in mid city of surat, every year some sport organised by some b.tech student and sponsored by college and other outside organization. Every year some cultural program also organised. Infrastructure is good, Gym is inside the campus, volleyball court, tennis court, big ground available. No stadium inside the campus.

only CCMT counselling for admission, but in IITs selection based on interview if they shortlisted you based on GATE Score. In CCMT counselling 3 round online then 4th round sport round(also online but separate registration).
