Remarks

I applied in many of college. I applied like barasat college, dum dum college, birati college etc. My first name list came from this college. So I admitted in this college. No quota. But in general quota approximately 50 students can be admitted. Addmission process is very easy here. First application fee pay then verify and then pay addmission fee.

Course Curriculum Overview

I am little weak in other subjects. So, I choose this subject to fulfill my achievements. Faculty is so much great. Approximately 50 to 90 students in every department here. Faculty qualifications are good. Teaching methods are so much great. Teachers are so much helpful. Semester type exams are present here. Questions are so much moderate type. Not so difficult.

Class Size: 566Course Fees: INR 5000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees structure are vary in every department. Study cost not so huge amount. Approximately 2000 in every subject yet every department. Many scholarship are present in our college. Shikharee, kanyashree, minority base, merit base scholarship are present here.

Campus Life

Annual fest are generally occurred so much greatly here. In September month annual fest held. Tech fest are also held. We have a huge type library. Many Book, journals, magazine are present here. Annual sports aso held here. Extra curricular activities are occured. Social group present.

Life in Panjab university

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course cirriculum is good it is designed in perfect manner. Course contains all good subjects which give us knowledge and real life experience like how life goes and what problems are going to happen and how to solve them in real life . Although teaching is good but i must say we should be given some more practical knowledge so that we can relate more imaith real life. Exams are of moderate level not easy not difficult if you have done your studies in a good and thorough manner.

I think the course curriculum could have been better because it had subjects and topics that we have already covered in bachelors so there was no point for them in the masters. But few subjects were new to me and i had to do a lot of work done to get through them.

Placement Experience:

the placement cell at the Centre for Master of engineering Studies and Planning is available here. our collage works So hard to ensure that the students from every batch get an opportunity to intern at some reputed firm( be it research or corporate) as well as are placed well at the end of the course. Most of our final placements are in the form of PPO. Moreover, the batch strength isn't huge, so the probability of any person not getting placed on completion of the course is very less. So it is high percentage about 60-70%. My plans after getting the degree is to take admission in any good company i got. There are pretty much availability for jobs so its so good job opportunities after this degree.

A Memorable Experience

I chose chandigarh university because of its academic excellence. It is NAAC A+ college and also one of India's leading top private universities. It provides its students with large number of opportunities.. It has industry industry-oriented curriculm. Excellent placement records , one of my batchmates got place din PayPal with the package of 34 LPA. It has smart campus and infrastructure. Libraries are fully equipped with modern facilities and overall this university provides good exposure. Apart from Chandigarh University, i also applied for CSE in GNDU, Amritsar. GNDU is govt university and generally admissions are based on the JEE exam and I could not score enough. Secondly, GNDU doesn't provide as good opportunities as CU...Read More
