Best BA English college under WBSU.

This college has a very large and well maintained campus. The study atmosphere of this college is one of the best. It has an excellent English department. The admission process is easy, fast, and hackle-free. Now whole education conducted through online mode. I preferred this college over others mainly because of the goodwill of the department of English. Apart from this, I loved the campus and the classrooms and the all the facilities like air-conditioned seminar rooms and labs, enriched library, free wifi, etc.

I choose the BA English course cause of my love to English literature. We have 12 teaching members and we have total 43 students in our class and 250 students in all over department. So faculty student ratio is 1:4. The department has very qualified teachers with a good experience. They taught us in a manner that makes the subjects more easier to us. They give us notes. Overall I loved the way a they taught us. The exams where held in semester basis and the exams are not hard to pass if one sincerely studied the course.

Students are eligible for placements from the 6th semester. Companies like Federal Bank, Axis Bank, HDFC Bank etc give us placements.The highest packege offered by companies is 35k p.m. At around 60% to 70% students from our college get placements every year. College has great placement cell but no in-campus programme held for jobs.

The total cost of study is about 50K. College doesn't have a fee hike policy. Many other government and private scholarships is also provided to the financially needy students. College has own financial assistance to fund needy students. But this college doesn't provides any kind of Campus job or part time jobs.

The campus life of this college is very joyous. Every year annual fests are arranged bye by the students of this college with the help of the teachers apart from this the seniors of this college are very helpful. The library of this college is enriched one. It has a collection of 50,000 + books. All the books are more or less available all the time. Apart from books the library has also many kinds of journals to provide more knowledge about the outer world to its students. The classrooms are very clean and well maintained. The college has also a good reputation in in the sports field. We have and Indore Sports Centre and a gigantic playground with almost all kind of sports equipments available all the time for the students.
