Remarks

This college has a good performance in academics. The study atmosphere of this college is so good. The admission process is very easy and hackle free. The admission process is conducted through online mode. I preferred this college over others because of its study atmosphere and overall college environment, the teachers and the fame of this college. I didn't use any kind of website or blog to select this college because the college is very well known to me.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course curriculum is very up to date and easy to understand. I have chosen this course because of my passion for English literature. Our class have 12 faculty members and over 250 students from all semesters. The faculty members are highly qualified and excellent in grooming their students. The exams were conducted in perfect timings and it is very easy to clear out if one studied the course with due attention and sincerity.

Placement Experience

4

The placement percentage of this college is very basic. Students become eligible for out-campus placements from 6th semester. Placement cell forward us to companies like Webel, Flipkart, HDFC Bank, IndusInd Bank. The highest salary packege offered by those companies are around Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 30,000. Almost 60% to 70% students get placed every year after passing out from this college. I am also willing to get a chance in one of the companies like that.

Fees and Financial Aid

We have paid the fees for each semester accordingly. There is no fees hike policy by the college. It depends on college maintenance costs. The total cost of the study is about 50k in a lump sum. The cost of the study is overall very pocket friendly and made for middle class people. Apart from this, many government scholarships like the Swami Vivekananda scholarship, Nabanna Scholarship act and many private Scholarships are also provided for economically weak students. College also provides much financial help to help those students but there is no opportunity of any campus job here.

Campus Life

4

The campus life is very joyful here. An annual fest is organised every year in August or September. Apart from this, other cultural programmes are also arranged on different occasions. The library of this college is an enriched one. Almost every important book for our course is always available here. Not only books, but many kinds of journals are also available for giving us more knowledge. The classrooms are very big and well maintained. Almost every amenities are available in classrooms. But this college doesn't have many activities in sports.

I want to know bengali literature and all type of poems and proses that's why I choose B.a. in bengali literature. According to me, my course helps me in doing Masters in Bengali. From the point of view of improvements, I feel that digital classes can be conducted in the class by leaving the theory classes. Mere collage The exam level is basically hard and exams are conducted twice a year.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have always wanted to persue English as a career. I love studying English but not a big fan of the new curriculum by NEP that includes a lot pf irrelevant papers. The semesters are not consistent. Odd semesters usually have a lot of time like 6-8 months but even semesters barely consist of 2-3 months.

Course Curriculum Overview:

We were held a class for upto 1hrs, thus we had 4 class a day. Sometimes it is boaring sometimes it becomes striking, it depends on the mood. It is to say little knowledge is a dangerous thing, if you don't read you cannot pass the semester examination. Although it will provide you a second chance. But with change of syllabus the exam pattern also change. You need to attain a total percentage of 75(%) to maintain you honours subject otherwise you would be regarded as programme course student.
