Remarks

Admission is based on your Jee score. There are two online counselling held by HSTES. You can apply on hstes site for this college. There are physical counselling also held in the college after online counselling. Seats are limited so apply online first.

Course Curriculum Overview

There are 2 semesters in 1 Year and semester exams are held every 6 months. There are sessional exams also which you can prefer as a Unit test also which are of 15-20 marks. Semester exams are of 75 marks. The total exam is 100 marks. The other 25 marks are bases on your Sessional marks, attendance, practical exams and your behaviour in class.

Class Size: 62Course Fees: INR 76000 per year

Internships Opportunities

I am in the 3rd semester so tbh I don't know about the projects. But I heard from the seniors that internships are provided by the college and you can for campus internships also from apps like Internshala

Placement Experience

Students became eligible for campus placements in the 6th semester. Companies that visited our campus last year are Amazon, TCS, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The average package is basically 3.5lakh in our college. Almost 60% of students get on campus jobs. I am planning for on campus placement.

Fees and Financial Aid

Total fees / Year = 76000/- Yes, there is a scholarship granted in our college for sc/st, PWD and ews students. You have to provide your BPL card, acc details, caste certificate and income certificate for the scholarship. I can't say too much about campus jobs as I am in 2nd year but I heard from seniors that there are average placements in our college. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro visited our college almost every year

Campus Life

There is an annual fest named Excelsior held in our college every year. There is a huge library in our college also where every type of book are available. The classroom is fully air conditioned and very hygienic. There is a huge playground on our university campus where you can play football, Cricket, etc. And indoor games faculty is also available There are many clubs in our college for ex. Tech clubs, sports clubs, etc.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel fees are basically 2200/- month approx. I don't give hostel fees for the whole year so I don't about the yearly fees. The food provided in the mess is good and the mess is very hygienic. You have to fill a form provided by the warden and submit it to the warden for hostel accommodation. Room and pg are also available outside the university campus. Rent for 3 bhk flat is basically 4500/- approx. And pg is approx 5000/- month

My Experience in JC Bose University

Likes

I like the claim and composed environment, no one shouting or making noise
Each buliding have lift which help reach higher floor easily
Having strong alumni association which help student get placement

Dislikes

I don't like the paper work delay during the admission after paperwork
Campus less crowded places are not maintained very well
Older buliding classes don't have ac in the classroom

Course Curriculum Overview:

In Electrical course we have many kind have course which design for solving various kind of problem in field , BSC ( Basic science course ) , ESC ( Engineering Science Course ) , DSC ( Disciplinary specialized Course ) , VAC ( Value Added Course ). Professors teaches with real life example and use 3D shape and animation to explain things easily.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Echelon technology provides predefined curriculam and tests, exams on weekly basis. this college will help to make projects and intrest any activies which you like. All teachers teching method is mostly common and easy to understand for both types of student first who one is coming from outside of states and the local student.

Likes

The college is spread across 300 acres of lush green campus with a lot of greenery everywhere. The weather is also very pleasant
The infrastructure of the college is well maintained with proper department and parks . The labs are well equipped with the necessary equipment required for the practical knowledge of the student.
Sports facilities are also top notch in the college and also gym is provided in the sports ground.

Dislikes

In rainy season water stands in the hostels making it difficult to move in and out of the hostel.

Placement Experience:

The placement rate of the college is decent one with average package of about 12-14 LPA amd about 85% students are placed every year. Students can apply for placements after 2nd year and companies like JP Morgan , microsoft, Hero , ICICI Bank , etc. Visit the college

Infrastructure of our college is too good,having proper ventilation system ,well equipped AC ,a hygienic environment having a lush green campus.it has proper wifi facilties in the campus. I would personaly rate it 4.5/5.
Here we get exposure to various growth opportunities like sports,studies and research.Even our college is open for students who plan to start their startup. our college provides specific amount help for students aspiring to run their own startup.
while talking about social interaction, our college has a good crowd and people are friendly so its easy to connect with them,all the faculties are expert in their domain having a good background and knowledge in their feild

Dislikes

CCTV's are not present in class which should be there for security purpose. only in the campus and corridors CCTV are present.It's kind of hard for students to get their medical certificate approved , they need a lot of formalities.
Mess food is not upto the mark, it should have been better thats why students have to go to canteen and food stalls to eat food and in campus girls to boys ratio is too less .less number of girls as compared to boys.
The library space is also very short ,it get's crowder and filled up during exam times so students have to go to other libraries present in the campus and it gets hard for student to study in summer's outside the library.

Placement Experience:

Four campus placements student get eligible after the 6th semester and from 6th semester companies come and they search for their Perfect suit And they just simply Conduct their interviews in the College campus Various companies visited our college like HCL,TCS and many more Offering a basic scale payoff around 6,00,000 Per year. Average package for our college is around three to six lakhs and the highest package a student got is around 54 lakhs Per year. For sitting in placement at least 6 cgpa is required to Get eligible for Placements But most of the companies ask for 7CGPA and above and only few companies are there which demand 6 cgpa students. My planes after getting this degree is Doing a job and then Lumping amount So that I can open up my business in the form of cafe or something else. But somewhere I will like to become nlp engineer As I have interest in sound processing system and AI and being from IT background I have good coding skills and communication skills. Till the age of 40 I Start my own business or a startup. At last but not least Our college has a good placement Drive system And a good academic system too and one can easily prepare for placements if he studies well.

Likes

I liked the environment alot. The infrastructure is very good.
The food court is also very good and provide good food on affordable price.
I like the teachers alot they are very easygoing and friendly to communicate with.

Dislikes

I don't like the uniform system as they ask us to wear it daily.
There should be days atleast once a week where we can wear casuals in college.
The teachers are very strict about the study.

Placement Experience:

From 2nd year onwards we can prepare for it as we are equipped with hands on experience on multiple projects and practical knowledge. Till now the highest package has reached 45 lakhs per annum. I don't think that percentage matters as practical knowledge is more superior that theory part. I am planning to go for MNCs.

Placement Experience:

Placement at college is average mostly 80% of students are placed in this college student is eligible for placement from the 7th semester. Companies like Airtel, Infosys, Wipro, and swiggy, mostly company visit here highest package in 2023 is approx. 28 LPA and the average package is 5-6 LPA.

Best affordable quality college for middle-class

Likes

Good and well-spaced campus of the college.
Good placements with high salary packages at reputed companies.
Good, affordable college for engineering, suitable for middle-class students.

Dislikes

Poor WiFi connection at times, when too many people use WiFi at the same time.
Generator works till 11pm only at normal days.
Hostel food needs improvement, lack of quality chefs.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements after 6th semester. Numerous reputed companies offer placements, to name a few, these are HCL, Tata Consultancy Services(TCS), Wipro, Infosys, L & T, JCB, airtel, JIO, etc. The highest package to date is 27 lakhs per annum and the average package is about 6 lakhs per annum. About more than 85% of students get placed in good companies with a satisfactory package, however, good skills are required for a much higher package. I'll work hard to get a good package at a reputed company.

Don't join the college as they doesn't care about your career Faculty is bad and also doesn't have minimum experience and qualifications Teachers will change every semester or even teachers can leave the job in mid semester. If want a good career then don't go for it

I applied to ymca in faridabad and gju in hisar and ctae in udaipur. I choose this college over them because I am from Haryana and udaipur will be so far from my house and in ymca there are no hostels present and in gju I take suggestions and people say uiet kuk is better than gju.
