Entrance Preview

MUOET ( Manipal University online entrance test) and i scored 103 marks. After IIT and BITS my choice is MIT as it is one of the best deemed university after IIT and BITS.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course structure is well planned based on the practical experience with well equipped laboratories and workshops. College also allows undergraduate student projects in order to apply the knowledge from theory. Students learn on their own in the student projects and make their own prototypes.

Internships Opportunities

College provide a lot of internships in various famous companies like Microsoft, Cisco, Phillips. Also provide certified courses for students by different companies.

Placement Experience

Many companies come to campus for the placements. World class companies like Microsoft Mercedes Benz, Google, Cisco, Accenture, Bosch, Deloitte, wipro, musigma etc Packages will be good. For IT branches it will be min of 6 lakh and for electronics it is of min 3 lakh and for mechanical also 3-4lakh.

Admission

After getting the rank in MUOET, Based on admission process admission will be done. All details about the admission will be mailed accordingly to the e-mail address given in the application form. There will be 3 to 4 rounds of counselling based on the seats availability. Registration fee of RS 11,000/- has to be paid in order to attend for the online counselling.

Faculty

Many of the faculty are most qualified with Ph.D and M.phil. All professors are most experienced in the respective courses. MU teachers are wholly committed to imparting education, and students have the benefit of their expertise and knowledge every single day, right through the year.

i would rate 3/5 because we want more systems to do our work as well as labs too,the main thing is we dont have that faculty compare to other department their are only 4 faculty,so they can't even able to take extra class for us ,so this is the main problem in our deparment

Good for you if you want a degree and want self learn

Course Curriculum Overview:

There are no such specific of the curriculum that influenceed me to take these course instead i was interested or kneen to this course., since my childhood I wanted do this course. It's good in terms of virtual world but not for real world. Everywhere there's a need of improvement no practical knowledge is present here no one talks about new ideas not even they think about even some of them came because it costed them low. No such specific difficulty.

The students from the last year that is seventh semester are allowed to attend the placement given on campus. There are not so many campus placement available. Many companies such as tcs, wipro and other companies basically giving less salary compared to other colleges. There are many few students who got placed in the companies through campus placement hence it cannot be trusted completely. My plans after getting a degree is to get a job or even higher studies of possible. The average students getting placed are very low.
