Great Location, Good College

The college is good for someone who is looking for a place to study beyond the IIMs.

GMAT with a score of 680.The reason I chose this college cause i have heard good things about it from others plus the executive PGDM course there is pretty well defined and constructed.

We were allowed to select electives ranging from marketing,human resource,finance,supply chain,management,accounting.Being a one year course it was packed complete with tests that were conducted on a weekly, bi-weekly and a monthly basis.

For executive PGDM there is no internship program as we all were experienced individuals and hence there was no need for any internship per se. Though we had a field project which we had to complete with our current/ex company.

The placement is close to 95% for the general PGDM batch but for executive PGDM there is no such placement support as most of us were on a sabbatical and joined our old companies on completion of the course.

The college celebrated all events and holidays with the cultural organisation working hard to keep things alive and make us enjoy each festival.From lohri,to holi, to saraswati puja everything was celebrated.

The fees is inline with other B-schools in the similar capacity and students are provided help with securing loans at decent interest rates.There is scholarship for elgible candidates for which one can contact the college directly.

Like mentioned in the above section,the college helps with securing education loans and also provides scholarships for eligible candidates.

The gender ratio is 60-40 and the hostel parties were things to live by and look forward to.We all were from good background and open minded hence there was no such racial, caste issues.There is no student politics in the college.

The food was yum and we had options for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food available.The rooms were cleaned on a daily basis and the same goes for the mess area.

The alumni of the college is well spread no just across the length and breadth of the country but also around the world.We have alumni meets organised all the year around.

The exam structure is well defined with sample amount of time given to students for preparing for the same.

The faculty of the college is quiet known.Subjects like finance, accounts, marketing, operations,human resourse are taught by some known faculties with guest lectures thrown in from the industry to help students.
