I had applied for other colleges too through wbjee counseling process and got this college in my 3 rd council. The admission process was easy I just had to go there and produce necessary documents and pay a demand draft for semester fees and admission fees and other necessary documents. Admission cell is so helpful they take care of everything regarding admission and provides the best possible solution if someone ran into a problem.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this particular course is because I like chemistry and this course gives me access to direct application of it. Faculty students ratio is upto the mark and all of the faculty members are very good at what they do. Any time you face any problem they will do their best to help you out. Their teaching methods are good and easy to understand.
Internships Opportunities
To have the degree you need to do industrial training for atleast 150 working hours. Anyone can approach any pharma industry with NOC from the college for that. You can find various industries in Kolkata circles and the majority of them run such training programs, you just need to contact them shortly.
Placement Experience
Generally, 7or 8 th semester students are eligible for campus placement. Various well-reputed pharm industry visited like sun Cipla, alkem, lupin etc About 20% go for Higher studies and a majority of the rest get placement in various industries
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees are ok it's around 42-44k per semester. There are few scholarship options for wb government that eligible candidates can apply for . 1. During wbjee from fill up go for TFW eligible candidates semester fees will become bearable 2. Students eligible for SVMCM scholarship can also apply
Campus Life
There are various programs going on throughout the year from annual sports to swaraswati puja to college picnics. Fresher's welcome to farewell,to the reunion The library is full of books and has a user-friendly environment, anyone looking for any book related to this course just asks for it you will have it.
