BCDA College of Pharmacy And Technology - "One of the best Pharmacy college in West Bengal"

BCDA College of Pharmacy And Technology has a good campus as well as ragging free .
Our college have obtain good infrastructure with good teaching staff.

Dislikes

Canteen facilities can be more improve with proper staff.
Our college campus group is very small,we need a proper sports ground.

Placement Experience:

Generally, 8 th semester students are eligible for campus placement . Various reputed pharm industry visit our college like Glenmark, Zydus, Cipla, Alkem etc and offering various post like production, QA, QC and marketing. The highest package of our college is 3.5 - 4.5LPA and average package is 1.5 - 2.5LPA. 50 - 60% Students choose higher studies.

My college have a very good environment for study and growth. The faculty members are very helpful and the teachers are proper established for teaching. Most of the teachers are completed their PHD and very good at teaching.
The teachers are very helpful and friendly and the mentors are very good. The teaching style and the quality of teaching is very good. The teachers gives us verious study material and notes for every subjects.
My college have a big library and a total Ragging Free Campus for healthy education and growth. The labs and the instruments are manage well by lab technicians and teachers and they help us for proper practical knowledge.

Dislikes

My college have a very small campus and there are not so much space for everyone in college canteen.
The placement cell is rather weak and there are needs of improvement in placement cell.
The administrative services are weak and the developments are needed in many fields.

Placement Experience:

My college BCDA COLLEGE OF PHARMACY AND TECHNOLOGY is a very reputable and good college for education and placement. Students who are allready completed the 7th semester are eligible for campus placement drive. There are many companies are visited for interview and placement offers. Alkem, Sun Pharma, Alembic, Torrent, Glenmark and other companies are came for interview. The package are mainly around 1.8-2.6 LPa in average. forty percent students are prepared themselves for interview and others are looking for higher education and others are prepared for other services.

This college is the one of the leading Pharmacy college in West Bengal according to its study facilities and Affordability. In this college the course fees is less than other private colleges.
Our college have well qualified Faculties. It is also a 100% Ragging free college. All teachers are phd qualified and have a great skill in teaching and guidaning students to their carrier path.
Our college also have good lab and library facilities. In my fourth year study I don't need to buy an single book all books are available in Library. Campus Life of our college is also very good and refreshing.

Dislikes

Our college need to improve its administrative services and office staffs. And our college campus is very small
Our college also don't have any sports ground. We need a sports ground for annual sports.
And our college placement cell is little bit weaker than other pharmacy college.

Placement Experience:

In our B.pharm course placement session starts after completing 7th semester. Our college offered placement in various leading pharmaceutical companies like alkem, torrent, Cipla, zydus, Glenmark, Mendine, Stassenbarg etc in various post like production, QC, QA, marketing. Average package of our college is around 1.8-2.5LPA and Highest package is 3.5-4.5 LPA. 40-45% Students choose higher studies and 35% Student placed from our college. My plan is to go for higher studies after getting my B.pharm degree

BCDA college of pharmacy and technology has a good campus engagement and teaching staffs are very friendly and talented and their teaching methods are very much effective.
Our college has a very good infrastructure with lift facilities.

Dislikes

During summer season it is quite difficult while attending classes.
Canteen facilities can be improved for the betterment.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Bachelor of pharmacy is a great course and have better future scope. Here we learn about the medicines, their preparation and their effects in our body which is very applicable in real world as well. In every month we have internal exams and semester exams within six months.

My journey in last six months

Likes

Our freshers welcome is done very well. The seniors has felicitated us very well.
College faltulty is good and our college seniors are also good and helpful.
Most likely our food of canteen id too much good .

Dislikes

College campus is too short to spend time.
College time duration is too high for students.
Only one lift is available for all the students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have choosen this pharmacy feild because it is really a good course. Bachelor of pharmacy in which course i have admitted that is four year duration course. After four passions we will get bachelor of pharmacy degree and we will be pharmacist.

The good teaching and learning process. And all the college faculty are very helpfull.
It is placed on main road which made in easy.
It mainly focused on study rather than fest and other occations.

Dislikes

The college doesn't have a good campus
The college is very small compared to other colleges

Course Curriculum Overview:

The main aim of the course is to prepare future pharmacists. The cpirseteaches about the production and reparation of medicine and selling of medicines. It gives us knowledge about the composition and use also.

College is in very compact area. Campus may have a bigger area
There is no parking area. So you have to aware of it while transporting

Placement Experience:

In 7th and 8th Semister students are eligible for campussing Dr. Reddy, Alkem, Sum pharma gives campassing to the students. They offer you 35k/ month in general. About 60 t0 70 get campassing with reasonable salary I'm goona do my M pharm after B pharm
