I did not write any entrance exam i got admission through management quota. there was no interview.

The Central library of the College has over 60000 volumes and subscribes to over 250 general and technical journals (both foreign and Indian). The library offers digitized services with CD-ROM stations. The library is equipped with digital library facilities with a subscription to large number of e-journals through INDEST and DELNET and offers online services. Students can access the e-resources of the library anywhere in the campus, over the campus wide network facility.

Provides internship but the stipend depends upon the company there are many companies provides internship.

The department of Counselling, Student welfare, Training & Placement is vibrant in its activities and sees an NMAMITian as a cheerful, healthy, enthusiastic, articulate team player who is technically competent, socially & environmentally conscious, ethically upright and eminently employable. It has a qualified and experienced Mental Health Professional heading the department, a full time Placement Executive, departmental faculty coordinators, student volunteers, trained and committed departmental staff dedicated to work for the students’ overall well being. The department that calls itself Team Abhyuday, does everything positive possible through various inputs, participatory activities spread throughout students’ stay in the college, from the time they enter the portals of NMAMIT. The department helps those in need directly or by utilizing tangible and intangible resources available with peers, senior students, distinguished alumni, industry mentors, enthusiastic faculty, friends of NMAMIT, life coaches, library & the internet, to get the students ahead in this competitive world. Students with personal problems are assisted to resolve or minimize their problems through consistent supportive therapeutic help. They are assisted even after they leave the campus.

Candidates securing 85% marks or more in aggregate of Physics, Chemistry and mathematics at 12th standard level are eligible for 25% concession in Tuition fee. The benefit of concession will be extended to subsequent years of study, only if the student maintains good discipline and academic performance (i.e clears the semester/ annual exams in single attempt).

The institution has well equipped laboratories with over 1100 IBM personal computers connected via Fibre Optic backbone on a campus-wide LAN. Almost all relevant software packages required for UG and PG students are made available on this network. A 100 Mbps leased line Internet connection from BSNL caters to the needs of the students.

Interaction with seniors is very good there was no ragging at all.they are very good friends through out.

There was 2 mid semester exam and a semester exam each semester consists of 6 subjects the each mid semester exam of 20 marks and semester exam out of 100 marks the hundred marks converted into 50 marks and the 2 mid sem exam marks and 10 marks for task total marks out of 100.

Management quota. Eligibility for BE course: A pass in the 12th standard or equivalent examination approved by the Visvesvaraya Technological University, with not less than 45% marks as an aggregate in the optional subjects of Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry/Bio Technology /Biology /Computers/Electronics, with English being one of the languages of study.

Faculties are really good almost faculties are post graduated they are really help full classes are good faculties helps the students at any time so the students and faculties are very linear. A group of 15 students are assigned to a teacher who will monitor and assist the students in academics and overall development.
