Remarks

It was fully on the merit-based admission process. Firstly I have applied online for admission then a merit list was published. After that, I have to go to college for verification. For verification, I have submitted the documents physically and got the brochure of the college.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course because I have an interest in Accounting and Finance. There is about a 60:40 ratio of girls and boys. The qualifications of faculties are very high and good. The internal exams are taken very timely.

Class Size: 200Course Fees: INR 2100 per year

Placement Experience

The students of the end semester become eligible for campus placement in the college. Students get placements from highly reputed companies like Infosys etc. The students get approx 5 to 15 lacs packages. About 20-40% of students get placement. I have a plan to get the job at the college campus placement.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees of this are very affordable and acceptable. There are opportunities for jobs at the campus of college but after the course completion but there is no option of internship or stipends. The graduated students are offered to get a job at the year on the campus of the college.

Campus Life

There is a student's union group in the college. The students union group helps students. There is also a college official group for every course. And there is an official college website. On the college website, we get regular notices.

The aspects of the curriculum which really influenced my decision was building the foundation of accounting to holding expertise, which was aligned with my goal of studying CA. The curriculum used to be upto date which give us a real time exposure. The exam used to take place in every 3 months.

SXC is invaluable to me!

Placement Experience:

Highest package of our program has been 20 lakhs. Companies like EY, DeShaw, ITC, CESC and many others which are multi billion dollar groups were the ones which are invited for placements. Batch size including morning and evening is of 400 students and nearly 200 gets placements in dream companies. Roles of business analyst and accounting are provided and SAP is taught in our college so those who know that gets job easily.

Placement Experience:

At our college placements are good and many core companies or finance and IT are here for placements and intenrships as well. Average placements from what I have checked is around 4-5 lakhs per year for B.Com (Hons) students.

SAJC - From The Eye of a Student.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is of course outdated. Teaching methods are old. No case studies, competitions or project of any sort is there in the curriculum. Although a project of 100 marks is there in the final sem, but I don't think that's enough. There is no practicality in the curriculum and usability in career. The syllabus really needs an uplifment.

My point of view of HCC( Heramba Chandra College)

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is average , I chose this course because I wanted to do an honours degree and I'm from commerce background so my first pick was B.Com . They really put efforts to prepare students for well future , as I said earlier some teachers are genuinely very good helpful supporting and good at what they do . Something they need to approve is the 70% attendance criteria, I think they need to understand not every student is just persuing graduation they are doing some other courses or jobs etc so they can't maintain 70% attendance . The frequency of timing is average

Our college known for internship program

Placement Experience:

In our college generally students get placement before the last semester exam. Lot of companies visits our college and give many placement offer opportunities to the students. The highest package was 6 - 7 LPA and on average it generally ranging from 2 to 3 LPA. About 60 to 70 percent students gets a different types of offer from different companies who visited our college, my plan is also to get a good and a decent package from our College

A review on HCC

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements after the 5th semester. A few companies like TCS visit our college every year. The average package offered is around 100000 PA I want to go for higher studies after the degree but I want some real life work experience too.
