The admission criteria are you have to qualify the jeemain or ojee exam with a competitive score. and you have to score 50% above in +2exam and one more thing is that if you have to take admission in lateral entry then you must have to qualify for the diploma courses. and for lateral students the course is 3years.and the admission process and fees as well as counseling day showed and updated on the website as well as on the university site.

It provides different courses such as civil engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science engineering, electronics, and instrumentation angg. and it provides b.tech,m.tech.mca courses for students. I choose the m.tech in signal processing engg.bcoz I want to take admission in ph.d as well as for better campus placement. faculty and student ratio is 1:30.qualification of the faculty is m.tech as well as ph.d.continuing.the teaching method of the faculty is very good. for every month there was an internal exam and for 6 months there was a semester exam. and if you read line by line then easily you can pass

The company is Rourkela steel plant and it offered management trainee roles with a stipend of 21000.i involved in ocr projects and the outcome is to clarify or recognize the handwritten word.so I used this project to recognize the letter as well as fingerprint etc.

From m.tech 3rd sem, you are eligible for campus placements. The companies visited are infosys.sap lab , cognizant, Wipro et., And the total no. Of made wax 200 The highest package was 10lakh per yr and the avg. Package is 3.4 lakh.totally 50%of student getting placements. Now I continue as a lecture

The fee structure for m.tech students is 31000 for 1yr.and the fees hike policy depends on the state government and it provides many scholarship for students such as prerana ,merit scholarship etc.i don't get job but I selected as a lecture in private institution. I stipend from prerana scholarship witha fee 32000 for 1yr

The name of the fest is set tech fest. and it is held in the month of Feb. There are different types of books for different branches student. and from different journals like IEEE.different types of sports are available for students such as cricket, football, volleyball etc. there is a college website for students i.e www.cet.ac.in

Hostel facility is good and it provides 4 students in a room .and uses the common bathroom for all. meal quality is average. And the menu is for Friday, Sunday, Wednesday the meal is chicken otherwise it is veg. registration process for a hostel is very simple and you have to deposit 1000 rupees in advance. if you want to rent a room then it is available near the college at an affordable price
