CIPET Review

CIPET Lucknow is a well-known college for its education standard. I choose CIPET Lucknow as a value-for-money institute. The candidate must clear the UPSEE exam however if you have qualified GATE then also you can opt for CIPET Lucknow followed by GD and PI round. The candidate also must secure 50% marks in their degree program related to the concerned stream.

The curriculum of the college is good and meets all the industrial standards. The first year of the curriculum is based on clearing the theoretical knowledge and developing your research skill and the second year is mainly focused on research and practical work.

The internship is optional and if the student doesn't want to do an internship can carry forward with its research work. Students who do not opt for internships can submit written assignments based on their previous research work. Companies do visit the campus during internship drive but most of the companies do not provide you stipend but the learning is valuable.

The college placement is decent according to the fees of the program the placement is worth the money. The college placement record is 100%. the placement committees help the student during the placement drive. Around 75+ companies visited the campus during the placement drive in the campus. I was able to receive a package of 9.50 LPA. The highest package for our batch was 11 LPA and the average package is around 7 LPA.

The college also provides scholarships to underprivileged and merit students. Scholarship for SC/ST/PD students is also available. There are different types of scholarships program and their eligibility is updated yearly according to the cut-off list. The campus life of the college is okay. Seniors and the administrative staff is very friendly and cooperative. Events like CAPORA-sports events and ANANT-cultural events are the attraction point for the students. The auditorium of the college is very big and most of the seminars and quiz competitions are held in the auditorium. The library of the college is decent enough but there are all types of books that are very useful to the students of the college.

During my program, I was part of the hostel. The rooms are available on sharing basis and rooms are shared by 2 students. The rooms are provided with one bed, study table, and almirah as per students. The rooms are cleaned and are cleaned 3 a week. The food of the mess is of good quality and hygenic. The warden of the hostel is very cooperative.

The faculty of the college is good and are very motivating. They inspire and motivate students to take part in extracurricular activities and they give equal weightage to the academic and non-academic performance of the students. The faculty are the guiding force of the college. Students can approach the faculties to clear their doubts and the faculty will help them out.
