I found that the faculties here have good educational background. Also there is a club culture for various kind of fields, like there are clubs for Cybersecurity, AI, Development, Competitive programming, Music, Sports, Cultural and photography club. There is also a good environment of the south culture vibe and I got the perfect opportunity to explore and learn at the same time. So these are the factors that led to lock my seat for this college.

There is every modern-day required course for the tech background. The curriculum is designed in a way that it would not feel you board of studies. The faculties are also experienced and nice way to teach. There are exceptions everywhere as you know.

There is a placement cell which handles all the responsibility of bringing in companies every year. Truly I would say that most of them are startups, but ya you also get the chance to be in some of the good companies like Codenation, Jio, etc. Some of the seniors apply off-campus and have bagged in tech giants like, Amazon, Microsoft and Goldman sachs.Then you always have got the option to go for higher studies.

There is more probability of getting the scholarship if you are from the Andhra Pradesh itself.

I really enjoyed my college life, which I'm missing a lot due to this lockdown situation. I'm from north India, so getting in IIIT Sri city gave me an opportunity to know and learn about the culture of south India. I travelled a lot and ate the local food there. ISRO is also nearby so, you can see every rocket launch from the college itself. You can even book a seat for a closeup look on their website.The club culture is well established over here. There is a selection process on the annual basis for the responsible positions in the club. There are a lot of clubs and societies you can join based on your interest. There is Foreign language club, Sports, Music, Cultural(Meraki), Photography(F-Stops), Competitive programming(Gradient), AI, Cybersecurity and Development club(IOTA).

Yes, IIITS provides hostel facility to their student. The hostel fee is 15000 per semester and mess charge of 14000 per semester. The hostel facility is very good here. You get a room of about 10X10 with two people per room, one cupboard for each member and a study table and chair with electricity included. You get a washing machine for your cleaning your cloths. There is cleaning of the hostel rooms on the regular basis. Some indoor game facilities are also available there like table tennis, carrom board, chess, etc.
