Remarks

The very first reason to join this college was it is in my hometown and secondly it is good for Research point of view. Placement are quiet ok for Mtech student mainly from ELectronics background. Overall experience is average in this college

Course Curriculum Overview

All the courses are mainly Research oriented like advanced micro nano electronics, digital design, analog circuit, fabrication, semiconductor physics, vlsi modelling. And faculties that were alloted were Dr. Dip prakash samjhdar and prof. P. N. Kondekar. Exams are quiet easy if you go through the notes provided by them.

Placement Experience

Placements are average if you are from Mtech background mainly from ECE , mostly IT companies visit to our campus and only few non ITs or some electronics companies may visit, due to this pandemics opportunities has decreased to some extend. But as I said for research point of view it is a good clg. You may get chance to go for internship.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees is 86000 approx per month and every month you will receive 12400 from MHRD. Placements are quiet ok for MTech student mainly from EC background. Otherwise good if you are looking for Research area.

Campus Life

Life at the campus is really good, you will really enjoy the campus life. Infrastructure is quiet good and talking about the clubs all facilities are available here. You will get a chance to explore yourself.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel is a good option. You will have single room but a common washroom , cleanliness is maintained time to time. The hostel campus is very close to the campus and the mess. Security is well maintained you will have a canteen too in the hostel.

Placement Experience:

After 3rd year onwards I think the students are eligible for campus placements. And till now around 90 companies have visited this campus and highest package till now is 70 LPA and average package is 7 LPA. Around 1500 students every year get placed from this campus. And my plans after the degree is either landing in a high paying job or staring with my own startup.

About placement, I would say companies used to visit. If a person is serious and want to grow then he has the opportunity to face the FAAN companies only if he has scored the gpa above 9 in whole 8 semsters.

In my collge Students typically become eligible to participate in campus recruitment drives from the 7th Semester(start of the 4th year).However , the collge starts preparation much earlier through Campus Recruitment Training(CRT) and soft skills classes, which often begin as early as the 1st and 2nd emester to ensure students are industry-ready. Total Offers:For the 2024-2025 cycle,the institute reported over 300 to 450+ offers across various branches. Key Companies: IT/Software:TCS(Top recruiter), Infosys , Wipro , Capgemini , Cognizant ,HCL , Accenture, Cisco , Tech Mahindra Netlink ,Jaro education , Logical Softtech , KD provission , Kadel labs , Blueflames and many more. Total Companies Visited: Over 200+ companies (including 150+ core companies). The salary trends vary significantly between on-campus mass recruitment and off-campus offers. Verage package 5.0 - 9.0 LPA. Approximately 75% to 84% of eligible students get placed.The CSE and IT branches see the highest success rates(often 80%+), while core branches like Mechanical and Civil focuses more on the core companies placements. I got an offer at cognizant during my college so currently I am not looking for the higher studies.

Placement Experience:

The placement procedure in PIMR is effective and good. The institute placement cell lays great emphasis on the overall placement process and inviting companies in the college. The students are eligible to sit at placements from 3rd semester. There is rarely any company that visited the institute and haven't made any offer to the students. The highest package offered this year is of 20LPA, with average package being almost 5LPA. Almost 80% of the tsudents were able to secure offer letters at the end of their degree.

I wanted a National college which should be government, according to my rank in JEE Mains I was getting other Nits and iiits and also some state government colleges but i preferred this because it is in my home city jabalpur No i didn't got any rejections i applied to because this college was my fiest priority and according to my interest. According to your JEE mains rank when you are selected in this college by Jossa/Csab counselling Online physical reporting is done first then within 10-15 days you have to physically report to the college, after it you are alloted your respective hostel to live and from next week classes get started My overall admission experience was really very good, it was my dream college You have to achieve rank under 1.5 lakhs to get admission here if you are from obc category For general category you have to achieve rank under 70000 to come here For sc/st candidates you have to achieve rank under 2 lakhs to come to this college as per previous year cutoff...Read More
